This did get the branches off the roof, but not the way I had intended or was led to think could be done. Yes, they did the job. But, I won't be calling them for more work, which needs to be done. They got a bargain though, as this clown show of a service was able to damage and remove other trees in the process! As well as a 150 year old architectural brick wall. They absolutely destroyed a 50-60 year old cornerstone dogwood in the neighboring yard. They left piles of debris in the neighboring yard and broken limbs both in the trees and on the ground. I wouldn't hire these jokers to cut the grass, much less do anything that involved care and planning. They are the worst. Do not work with these guys. They are awful.
