Dog and/or human waste is left out in the open spaces for literally weeks at a time. I sent many photos and made many calls and these piles were never cleaned up. The lawns are littered with garbage, a tampon applicator was in the bushes for 6 weeks. I took photos and reported it to the office every single week. The garbage area is much too small for the number of people living here. Within 2-3 days of the disposal company coming to empty the bin it is overflowing again. The property is too cheap to pay to have it taken out more often than once per week. Phone calls to the office are never returned. Never one time in 1.5 years. Office staff is on the computer playing games or facebook every time you go in there. There are not enough parking spots for the people who live there. They won't assign spots so I often had to park illegally.First We were told to have fire extinguishers out side our doors within 36 hours or we would be fined. Those of us who work out of town were unable to comply. They simply don't understand what property management is and their responsibility in that relationship. Find another place to live - many other options in the area that don't have piles of waste to step over. I have been gone well over a month and my security deposit has still not been returned. Email asking the status have been ignored for weeks.

During winter storm Giana, I was iced in at my brother's house in Trinity, NC an Anjelica with the leasing office went out of her way to help in an emergency situation. I had two cats in my apartment and couldn't get home (was iced in for five days) and she was extremely kind, understanding, and gracious- going to the extent of getting into my apartment for me to put down more food and water/fountain for me. I was so relieved knowing they were okay until I could get back home and she made that happen- My experience shows how much they really do care and strive for a thriving community here.

1 Star This has been…read morethe worst rental experience I've ever had. The first red flag was on move-in day when I was not allowed to inspect the apartment before signing the lease. At the end of the lease, we gave 30 days' notice that we would be moving out, but management claimed we were required to give 60 days' notice. Because of that, they are now forcing us to pay the pro-rated amount plus an additional monthly rate for the remaining 30 days, even though we will not be occupying the unit. Essentially, we are being charged for an apartment we won't even be living in. What makes it worse is that the 60-day notice letter is sent right at the 60-day mark before the lease ends, leaving very little time for tenants to decide whether they want to renew or move. On top of that, the apartment had mold issues, neighbors smoke constantly, and the property managers are rude and unhelpful. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. Be prepared for poor management, potential health concerns, and policies that can cost you a lot of money if you're not planning your move months in advance.
