People don't follow misery or leave worthwhile places of employment. I will always sing praises for Alain & Albert because they were efficient & always went above & beyond for us. Thank you both for your service & I wish you both well on your new endeavors. To the new guy at the front, baby welcome to the shit show! That said, they've begun to charge us for having locks & thermostats in our apartments a small fee, but a fee nonetheless. When I moved here these features were included in, but now I have to pay a monthly fee to lock my fucking door??? In no way is this place doing any regular or routine updates on this lock but I'm still set to accrue a fee for it. They've also done away with the on-site package room to... get this SHIP YOUR SHIT TO ANOTHER LOCATION SO YET ANOTHER CARRIER CAN BRING THEM TO YOU. for those that don't understand that means FedEx is gonna drop my package off so UberEats can bring it to me & in turn I have to pay UberEats to do FedEx's job. In no way & on no planet does that remotely make sense. The sassy red head is truly chaffing my ass because he isn't knowledgeable at all, he's just sassy. I asked why I had to pay for the locks & thermostat that should already be factored into my rent instead of added on as a separate charge & you could tell that if you blew in his ear dust would've come out the other side. Just clueless. I don't intend to live in hell for another year. I wrote this review 3 years ago & it was just sitting in my drafts. Hated it here, ended up leaving the state entirely afterwards. I'm certain my complaints are now normalized behaviors & expenses. Enjoy!

The exterior is lovely, with impeccable landscaping, and the area appears safe and clean. I enjoy taking long walks around the neighborhood. The negatives have been the noise from the streets, specifically ambulances racing up and down the highway at all hours of the night. To access highway 485, you must make this U-turn at a busy intersection. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The one major negative I have experienced living at this complex has been the maintenance of the unit. My key would not work in the lock the first week I moved in. The lock was defective. I called maintenance, and it took maintenance over 3 hours to come and fix my lock. Similarly, my AC unit failed to cool my apartment. I called maintenance for assistance. They came by and confirmed that my unit had a leak that needed fixing. They promised to fix it within the week. Ten days later, my apartment still does not have a functioning AC. I am disappointed that management has not kept my unit functioning per our rental agreement; therefore, I can only give this place 2.5 stars. It is a decent place to live; however, I can live in another complex with functioning amenities for the money I spend.

In my opinion, The Court at Redstone Apartments is fortunate t have someone like Kayleigh as their "face to the public." It goes without saying that Kayleigh's presentation and demeanor align well with the theme and ambiance of they is community, but she is also quite knowledgeable and, in my opinion, indexes high in the category of professionalism. I've visited with many communities over the past three-to-four weeks, but this one stands out because of the landscaping , amenities, the range of floor plan options, but also because of the look and feel of the even the hallways. I found that part of the layout to have a rather elegant feel. If you're considering The Court at Redstone, ask to see Kayleigh. I can recommend her without reservation. Really nice job, Kayleigh!

Dog and/or human waste is left out in the open spaces for literally weeks at a time. I sent many photos and made many calls and these piles were never cleaned up. The lawns are littered with garbage, a tampon applicator was in the bushes for 6 weeks. I took photos and reported it to the office every single week. The garbage area is much too small for the number of people living here. Within 2-3 days of the disposal company coming to empty the bin it is overflowing again. The property is too cheap to pay to have it taken out more often than once per week. Phone calls to the office are never returned. Never one time in 1.5 years. Office staff is on the computer playing games or facebook every time you go in there. There are not enough parking spots for the people who live there. They won't assign spots so I often had to park illegally.First We were told to have fire extinguishers out side our doors within 36 hours or we would be fined.
