From the moment I toured the property, I was sold -- I absolutely loved it and ended up moving in right away! The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Dalton, who was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly warm and welcoming. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel right at home from the start. Just before move-in, another apartment that better suited my preferences became available, and without hesitation, Cli and Tiffany jumped in to make the switch happen quickly and effortlessly. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me and made me feel like a valued resident before I even had the keys. Shortly after settling in, I had a minor AC issue, and Jerrod arrived first thing in the morning to take care of it. Not only did he fix the issue promptly, but he also left a thoughtful completion note--and even took the time to compliment my dog, which made my day! It's those small, personal touches that really set this team apart. Every single member of the staff here has been outstanding--friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to creating a great living experience. The amenities are beautifully maintained, the hallways are cleaned almost daily, and the lush landscaping adds a welcoming, peaceful vibe to the entire complex. Moved in early October and have been in shock of the experience thus far. I previously lived in a grey star managed community where their ultimate goal was to be as mean and as useless as possible to all tenants. My time applying and moving into IMT was spent graciously working with Gabrielle the community manager and she has continually been a genuine helpful human. Which again, comes as a surprise as I was expecting similar negativity moving into a larger community. Gabrielle bent over backwards to make our move on work as it was an odd schedule driving up from FL. She was attentive over email and never failed to go above and beyond. I felt comfort moving in knowing that this place was different. The apartment itself was the cleanest I have ever moved into, I always check window sills and air vent bc that is a true sign of deep clean between residents - and the window sills were SPOTLESS. everything felt clean and sanitary and Gabrielle of course reached out first thing the next day to check in on how the move in went. The facilities are up dated and well kept. Moving is always stressful especially moving to a new state like I did because I don't know the area well and apartments can be deceiving online versus in person. This wasn't the case for IMT and I would certainly recommend to others. read more

TOP TIER!! I totally love my community home. My apartment is beautiful, spacious, well maintained. The Leasing Office Staff; Tiff, Gab, Britt, Shea & Meg are literally thee BEST! They handle my concerns, questions, right-away, they DO NOT avoid your calls, like previous apartment experiences I have had. They know my name, how I ask, when there are so many tenants - they just have great work ethic. They take great pride in our landscaping and most importantly, safety. Maintenance is hard-working, approachable, always willing to assist, in uniform, like the professionals they are. The elevators, corridors, grounds are kept clean, consistently - The Club House is out of a Design Magazine & available for Office Meetings, Family Gatherings, etc. Garbage is collected regularly, for moderate pricing. No hidden fees, I was told the exact pricing by my AMAZING Leasing Agent, Brittany, and not to mention she was off on my move in day, and left nothing undone, moving in was seriously, perfect. I am glad that I chose IMT Ballantyne to call home for the next 2-years, if your looking for your new HOME, this is where you need to be! read more

We're IMT Ballantyne residents since July 2025 and we like our IMT Ballantyne home a lot! The area is safe. We enjoy all extra facilities they provided in the apartment complex. Our apartment itself cannot be more enjoyable. We do like the layout, how much sunlight we have, we like the view. So many things to be glad about! Maintenance crew is superb! All of the maintenance guys are always friendly and professional, ready to go an extra mile. What is important - we didn't have many issues, but every time we created a work order, everything was done in a timely manner and efficiently. Office staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful not only on the stage of signing the contract, but when you're actual residents too. The territory is clean and well maintained. The only thing I would wish to have if they ask about is a shelter from the sun for vehicles. There's no many trees which can give a good shade for your car. But I understand that's a common thing in a sunny Charlotte. read more

I have so many great things to say about living here and the team that manages the apartment complex. Their communication on all things is first rate. They keep their tenants very well informed and create a community environment by hosting weekly/ monthly events to keep the tenants engaged. The buildings are continuously cleaned (hallway rugs, cleaned and steam cleaned) walls painted often so the building looks new. The staff is very responsive to any requests and create a safe and warm environment. The amenities are the best (full gym, modern clubhouse, beautiful pool with outdoor grills, lounge areas, and fire pit) The location is perfectly situated so that within 5-15 minutes, I can access every store out location that I need to visit. read more

I really enjoy living here at IMT Ballantyne! I definitely call this place my home!! I have lived here a couple of years now and this is one fantastic community! The reason why is solely because of the management team here. There are activities and prize giveaways and food trucks every month. The maintenance team is incredible and will respond very quickly to anything that needs fixing. The landscaping team is amazing. I was very impressed with my visit to IMT Ballantine. The location is perfect-near shopping and an array of great restaurants. I was given a tour by Megan, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the community and surrounding areas. Shea and Brittany also welcomed me warmly. There are evenly distributed, ample parking spaces for tenants and their guests. The four story buildings have elevators, there's a 24 hour gym, a beautiful pool with great seating, a pool table in the clubhouse, and barbecues for you to grill outdoors. The units are clean and modern with hardwood floors, and carpet in the bedrooms. There's no need to worry about window coverings because all apartments include blinds. Eli is a professional and could do multiple tasks in one ticket in a timely manner! He fixed the lights in both rooms and bathrooms, he put new caulk in shower, also he calibrated dishwasher, so water running out properly and not staying in it and no smell anymore, and fhe fixed a loose cabinet door. 8/30/23 IMT is so lucky to have such professionals like Eli and Brian. The lower drawer in my refrigerator broke, and the service was amazing from start to finish. Stuff team came out the same day to take a look and took the drawer with them. The office responded immediately, placed an order for a replacement, and called me with the invoice. Just a few days later, they delivered the new drawer and even installed it in the fridge. Jerrod was fantastic getting to my service ticket about clogged sink drain immediately after I submitted it a day before around 5:30pm.
