I went out of my way to make sure every single time. Despite this, they laundered it, charged me the same rate as dry cleaning, and then lied about it. Eventually, someone there admitted to me that it was being laundered and not dry cleaned. This is very sad to see, and I know it's something that other dry cleaners do. I was shocked and disappointed to see it happen here. It's a shame because even though they assured me that going forward it would be done right, I can't go there. Trust has been compromised and I can't support a business that engages in these kinds of scams, then lies to cover it up. Now i can't walk to my dry cleaner, but at least I'll hopefully get what I'm asking for (and paying for).

My husband usually dry clean his work shirts here, and so far the survival chance for all of them are 100%! No failure! I remember one of year end, I sent my dress to this store for dry clean, and the result was satisfying, too. However, the service for my dress was a little bit over $10/pc, comparing to my husband's oxford shirt of about $2/pc Very reasonable price range, considering the time we saved and the importance of those items to us. We would continue to come to this dry clean store for our clothes. And I am planning to give them my Winter heavy coats, and will update my review with the outcome later ;)

The store and the machines themselves are well-kept and very clean, and the washers come in a variety of sizes. In addition to doing my own laundry here, I've also dropped things off for dry-cleaning, and everything has always come back perfectly and on time (or even a little early.) The only issue I've had is that, during peak times, there can be a bit of a wait for a dryer, but I feel like that happens everywhere. Reliable and convenient! PS: Cash only!

I had to lug around 3 garbage bags of my clothes and walk in all of the piles of snow and ice we just got. Once I got here I asked if they accepted card and the woman working here said no no no and gestured for me to go away like I was bothering her. I had cash so I went to get a card for the machines and started to put my clothes in the drier. After I started the drier the same woman came up to me and said I'm not allowed back here because I wasn't supposed to just use the drier, I had to use the washing machines too. I had no idea and started apologizing saying "I'm so sorry I didn't know, my drier at just home broke--", and she was still very mad and just said okay don't come back here. I completely understand if a place has rules and I wasn't trying to blatantly go against them, I genuinely just had no idea. To immediately say, "don't come back here" is so beyond rude.
