She left a note for the owner to call me so we can discuss the price. This man did not call me and charged me $250 + tax. I told them I wasn't paying that much for dry cleaning a dress and because he didn't call me to discuss the price before assuming I was going to pay that much for it. He offered 10% off but I refused, and he said I should give him 30 minutes to come by the store. I came back after one hour and he still didn't show up. Anyway, I had to pay $137 at the end of the day so I could pick up my dress for my photo shoot. I will never go back there as their service is terrible.

I was pleased that only a few hours later, I'd received a text that I could pick my things up. I did and I was pleased with the service. I will say that the cost for just having the items pressed was slightly more than I expected as I've gotten it done in New York for cheaper, but I've also paid comparable pricing. I would definitely utilize Jones Dry Cleaning again to have my clothes cleaned and/or pressed when I'm in Charlotte.
