Below are the details: When you checkout, it says they'll call you to schedule drop off and they didn't. I waited until later in the afternoon, the day before my scheduled drop off, and hadn't heard from them so I called. I did get a text the morning of drop off with a 2 hour drop off window. They did come within that window. Box was delivered in the morning, as arranged. I have a unique situation. Our driveway is steeply sloped and very short. We live at the end of in a cult-de-sac. We have a small parking lot next to our house. I had them park the dumpster in the parking lot. I explained these details to Theresa. They were supposed to call when they were on their way, so I could direct them. Theresa told me she put this in the notes. They never called -- I had my phone on me all morning, in hand, on loud, even as they were pulling up. Thankfully, I was outside when the dumpster pulled up -- this was purely by chance. (I did leave a note in my order explaining where I wanted the dumpster parked, but the driver did not acknowledge awareness of the note when I spoke with him upon arrival.) Our HOA is annoyingly strict. Because I couldn't park it in my driveway, I had to get permission to park it in the parking lot. Our HOA approved 4 days. Drop off day 1. Pickup day 4. I explained this to Theresa, and SPECIFICALLY ASKED to have the dumpster dropped off *IN THE MORNING* on day 1 and picked up on day 4 *IN THE AFTERNOON*, as this would give me more time with the dumpster and not violate my agreement with HOA. Theresa, verbally confirmed this as she understood the situation. She stated that she'd schedule the dumpster for pickup later Monday afternoon. (She explained that she makes the pickup/drop off schedule, so there wouldn't be any issues with this.) She also stated that I'd get a text Sunday afternoon, letting me know when to expect them for pickup. I did not receive a text Sunday. I walked outside Monday morning around 10:30am, to carry more stuff to the dumpster I spent the early morning gathering up and the dumpster was already gone. Technically, the price you pay is for a full 7 days with the dumpster. But, because HOA would only approve 4 days having it parked in the parking lot, I went with that. I ordered a 30 yd dumpster as I had A LOT of stuff to clear out and planned to use Monday morning to finish up. This whole experience was VERY disappointing. Theresa over promised and under delivered. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them -- *especially* if you value high level customer service, responsiveness, and communication. There are too many other 5 star options in the Denver area to choose from. 2 stars for price and for simply online ordering execution. Considered 3 stars, but the experience was highly frustrating and simply cannot justify a 3rd star. *RENTED from REDBOX+ of S METRO DENVER. Less than 2 months after I began renting I was informed that the price would be raised to $138/month, an increase of 40%. I asked them what could've possibly changed in 6.5 weeks to justify an increase of 40% and they couldn't said that every now a d then they perform a "unit audit" and determined that this is just the price now. Makes me think that $99/month was just a teaser rate to win my business before they jack the price to what they actually want to charge, because how on earth could a $99 rate be fair 2 months ago, but suddenly be so out-of-line that they need a 40% increase. I asked for it to be lowered cause it was in bad taste to refuse to honor their quote in such a short time period. They refused. I left a review here to inform others and suddenly they realized that maybe they shouldn't jack their prices by that much so quickly and returned my rate to $99/month. They asked me to "help them out with some reviews left online." Since they returned my rate I agreed and deleted the review. It's now 5 weeks later and they have once again jacked my rate, this time by a smaller amount, only to $109 (10% increase). A 10% increase is still pretty unreasonable seeing as it's only been just over 3 months since I first became a customer. Given the context they gave me with the "unit audit" to justify their rate increase, the fact that this increase is significantly lower tells me that this time around it wasn't some BS methodology, but a conscious decision to push the price the price closer to what they really want but in a manner someone will grudgingly allow. In other words, their methodology for determining the rate increase isn't actually from a unit audit, but rather is just "whatever this customer will let slide." Poor business practices. Honor your quoted prices. If you want to charge more, quote more. And if you need to increase the rate, think about how reasonable the increase is given the amount of time that has passed.

I also provided the instructions and verified with the movers when they arrived that they could take care of this. Within 5 minutes of trying to disassemble the bed, they sheared off one of the springs which then caused the entire bed frame to twist and snap. I then submitted my claim with the company and they've offered me $500 for a $4000 bed and have not even offered to reimburse me for the cost of the move itself. I've now had to take them to small claims court in Kansas to attempt to recover my damages. This is a terrible moving company and there are much better options out there, for the sake of your furniture, please do not hire them.

They broke a beautiful, expensive table in half and told us "their policy doesn't cover anything made of materials natural like marble, slate, granite, or stone." Funny, because we had multiple pieces made of natural materials and the sales person as well as the moving leads all specifically saw each piece of furniture we needed to move, before the move began and never said a word about this policy. The policy was buried in the long contract that they rush you through in advance of the move. Additionally, the movers broke the glass on a $10k sound proof phone booth. They are willing to provide .60 per pound, for the glass only, even though the entire phone booth is now rendered unusable. Totally unprofessional and a company whose policies fail to make it right for customers they burn. Like I said, the employees themselves were friendly and hardworking, I'm sure these guys would be fine moving cheap, non-delicate furniture. But be warned, if you have anything nice, call someone more professional.
