The Dump Guys removed 300 feet of wood fence that has been on my property for over 20 years, and they hauled it away for me. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and HIGHLY recommend them! They were professional, respectful and very nice. They got the job done quickly and didn't leave a single piece of wood behind. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Dump Guy. :o) Hire them for your project!! read more

Fantastic and quick service! i will always recommend Dump Guy to anyone who needs stuff moved out, great people that came to grab my stuff and a fantastic price read more

The best. Was easy to setup an appointment via e mail. The day of the appointment, the two gentlemen arrived on time and removed the material from the apartment I was moving out of. I was even able to add a couple additional items that were not part of the original quote at the last minute for a very reasonable price. They will always be my first call (e mail) in the future when I need this type of service again. read more

I hired the dump guy to remove some trash from my house. Although I felt the price was a little high I found this business to be very professional and great to deal with. I highly recommend!!! read more

Quick, friendly, and professional. I had a small job that the spouse was hammering me to take care of; old mailboxes and pallets and other items sitting on the side of the house. Searched and found The Dump Guy, and couldn't have been happier with their service. Reasonably priced and they came out within a couple of days. They even followed up to make sure we liked the service. Solid five stars. read more

The Dump Guy helped us remove a bunch of left over construction debris after renovations to our home. They were reasonably priced and saved us time by not having to make a bunch of trips to the dump. We did not have to guesstimate how the local dump would cost to get rid of the construction debris. I highly recommend the Dump Guy for anyone who needs a reliable, dependable and non aggravating dump run. read more

Let me set up the scene... My husband took on a home improvement project two months (?) ago, to re-roof our garage. All of the old shingles were laying on top of tarps in our driveway. There was also some metal strips and a huge ripped tarp that were a part of that mess. I called the dump guy and explained the situation, he scheduled to come to my house the next day. I decided to clean out the garage since he was coming and added, three broken outdoor chairs, a broken umbrella and my old dead sewing machine to the mix. The Dump Guy and his partner arrived a few minutes early and hauled all of this CRAP onto their flatbed with smiles and good humor within a 20 minute period. They raked the area clean and hauled it all out of my life! The Dump Guy is AWESOME!!!!! read more

The Dump Guy comes exactly as advertised. You call them and within a couple days they'll send two guys with a truck and trailer to haul away basically anything and everything (besides flammable liquids). In nearly no time your junk is gone, you write a check, and move on with your life. Personally, this was worth it for me when the alternative was finding a friend with a truck, loading it with all of my junk and sorting it at the dump. And then doing it again for a second trip. The service isn't cheap though. Several years ago they hauled away a large amount of trash for $60 and I would have given them 10 stars. This time a similar amount of junk was $120. I'm still satisfied, but you could do it yourself for a third of the price. read more

These guys are the best! Very kind, easy and fairly priced. would recommend and use again.

These guys are incredible. Cleaned out my late brother's home for me - top to bottom - and did an amazing job. It was a hot day and they all had great attitudes - communicative, on time, professional. Highly recommend hiring these guys. Tom, Devan, Jon L., Alex L., Joe G. - thank you so much. read more

Kieran and Shawn worked very hard. No breaks except to answer some questions when my neighbor came over. I used them the once with a pretty sure chance I will return to them again. Good work, and great help. read more

Above and beyond--the only words to describe the service. Same day (within an hour), fast, thoughtful, kind crew. Price super reasonable. Definitely who I will call next time. read more

We have used the Dump Guys 3 times . We were cleaning out an estate, had a deadline to meet and a limited about of help, so we were totally in a bind. Every day we called at the last minute and a ton of stuff to lug. Each time we got a different crew and every time we got great service. They were so efficient and helpful. I would totally recommend The Dump Guys , great company to work with . read more

These guys are awesome! They hauled away a lot of really heavy awkward furniture, a hot tub and a bunch of other junk. They were super nice and professional. read more

Great service. Friendly employees. Showed up on time. Did the job. No issues. Will use again.

These guys are amazing!! Brandon and his partner (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) were extremely helpful, friendly and I would recommend them to everyone. They were so quick and efficient, and they were so good to my dog who was trying to help ;) Thank you guys for your excellent service! You guys are awesome! read more

Excellent service! They've previously removed our above ground pool in the past and we decided to use their service again to remove a Queen size bed, recliner, and sofa. Alex and Alex (both with the same name) were quick, efficient, and considerate throughout the entire process. Can't recommend them enough! read more

These guys are truly great! Lee, Garret, and Chris showed up right on time, gave me such a fair price, and then got right to work removing some nasty snarled rusted iron spring-beds I found buried on our property along with old plastic picket fencing pieces and a slew of old tires. This team was friendly, fast, and careful. I highly recommend them for whatever you've got that you need removed. Their pricing beats all other price estimates I received for the removal of these items. Their team work ethic and positive attitude made it completely hassle-free for me. Call them, you won't be disappointed! read more

Awesome service. These guys picked up a couch we needed to get rid of within 2 hours of our initial email. Highly recommend.

We decided to demolish and replace a shed on our property. These guys were efficient, prompt, professional, and worked hard to fit the job in before a snow storm. They left the site clean and just the way we wanted. Not exactly cheap but you will absolutely get what you pay for. Very impressed, highly recommend. read more

Kind of a genius business. I didn't realize how much of a need there is for a service to help you get rid of crap until I decided to rip up some wall-to-wall carpet in my house. I hauled it out to the deck and then thought to myself "hm... how am I going to get rid of this?" First option would be to cut it all up, stuff it into garbage bags and get rid of it slowly, week after week filling up my trash can. Second option would be to bring it to the dump myself which would require rolling and tying it meticulously and then having to find a truck. (This also costs $$) I wasn't too keen on either of these, so did a little research online and found that you can actually pay people to deal with it for you! The entire communication was done via email and they came the next day while I was at work (the carpet was outside), and I never thought of it again. Money very well spent! I also appreciate that they are environmentally conscience and I like that my garbage ends up where it should end up. read more

What a great service! We finally found a new couch to replace the one the dog had destroyed, but the furniture store only makes deliveries! No problem for the Dump guy, I had an appointment to not only take away that old couch, but a couple of heavy nonfunctional air conditioners that were just taking up space, and a few other bulky items that were too big to fit in the town mandated garbage cans. Fantastic! Why borrow a truck and bother your friends for labor when a phone call, plus a reasonable fee can make your unwanted stuff disappear in a snap! read more

When you are vehicular challenged, having someone who can quickly, easily and for a reasonable cost take large P.I.T.A. to lug items away is a huge help! I had an old beat up and broken down desk that could not be revived that these guys helped me get rid of for $50. Courteous and professional. Well worth the price to not have to coordinate this removal and disposal myself. read more

great experience with dump guy. they saved me hours of work if I had to take everything to the dump myself . I will definitely use their service again. thank you! read more

Got some shit and don't want to see it ever again? These are your dudes. As the ol' saying goes: The Lord Giveth, The Dump Guy Taketh Away. read more

Fast, friendly service. Able to come same day as called which was awesome. This was my second time using them and was pleased both times.

Emailed them, did everything over the internet. He came the same day and was priced very reasonable. Was in and out. The gentlemen that came in were A+, worked quickly and very respectable. If you need anything moved out, taken away, these are great people to work with. read more

Used them once, decided to go another route the second time when they quoted a price that seemed unreasonably high. The first time was pretty expensive as well. Time is money - if it's worth your time to pay a couple hundred bucks extra, it's a good enough deal. They're prompt and polite. read more

i recently had the dump guys at my home to take a Hugh pile of junk and had a pile set up for them in my garage and i had a basement half full of junk and at the time i told them that the stuff in the basement had mold on it because of water damage and they said that was not a problem . so when it came time for them to clean the basement the guys relised that it was more mold then they were used to dealing with , so they had to go and buy the right equipment and once they did they came back they did a very professional job and they cleaned it and once they left my home , and i arrived i could not tell if they were there because they left it better than they found it . so if anyone that i know needs stuff to be removed please dont hesitate and call the Dump Guy read more

These guys are 1st class all the way with ridiculously fair pricing. I was moving out of my house and had a ton of crap I just wanted gone, including three couches, 3 big chairs, washer and dryer, giant bureau, end tables and more....a lot more. I try so hard not to accumulate stuff, but then it just happens. I reached out to a few different junk hauling companies and Garrett from Dump Guy was the first to respond. The day they showed up it was Garrett and another guy. I thought it would take them at least 2-3 hrs. We did a quick walk through and then they went to work. I really think these guys must be super heroes at night or maybe they're aliens from another planet? What I do know is they're not like you and me. These guys went to work and it was like a tornado went off. They were moving heavy furniture around like it was nothing. Down stairs through doorways...it didn't matter. They got er done. The entire time they actually looked like they were having fun! When the dust settled only 45 mins had passed and the entire job was done and they had even done a final sweeping. It was truly amazing. Now, I can't say for certain, but I do believe there was some superhuman shit happening here. Ok so in short...if you ever need to rid yourself of unwanted stuff, you'd be an absolute fool to call anyone else but these guys. They service a large area too, not just Portland. I would definitely recommend these guys 100 percent. read more

These guys are top notch! I needed three pieces of ratty old furniture hauled away, and I also needed to have a small air conditioner carried into the house and placed inside a closet. I sent an email to The Dump Guy via their web site, told them what I needed, and asked how much it would cost. Less than an hour later, I received a reply. I set up the appointment, and they were here less than 48 hours later. Jacob called 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me that he was running ahead of schedule, and asked if I'd like him to come early. I said that would be great. When he and his helper arrived, they got straight to work and had all of the tasks accomplished in under 10 minutes. The whole process was so easy, and the price was only $14 more than I would have paid in furniture disposal fees if I had hauled the items by myself to the town transfer station. In fact, there's no way I would have been able to do that by myself; I would've had to find a friend to help me, and I probably would've paid the friend at least $20. In that context, using The Dump Guy was a money saver as well as a time saver and a back saver! read more

I have to say- this seems like a simple job, but to do it efficiently and smoothly isn't easy. I had a few things in my garage that needed to be cleared out to make room for more junk- and i needed it out of there fast! I called at 10am and they had a truck out to my house by 1. The guys were super efficient and courteous and hauled my couch and a bunch of trash away quickly and for a very reasonable price. I could've rented a truck and got a buddy to help me, but this service made it a lot easier and took a lot less of my time (and back strength). They take any kind of payment and the transaction was really quick. Very pleased with this company! read more

There is no need to look any further. You have found the absolute BEST junk removal service around. They got to my house early and bent over backwards to give me great service at an incredible price. When I think about what it would effort it would have taken me to remove all the junk we needed to get rid of, not to mention the cost, these guys are worth every penny. The two-man team that came to my house were extremely courteous and friendly. Thank you Dump Guy! FIVE STAR SERVICE!! read more

We have used this service to clean out old stuff. Always top notch service. Quotes are reasonable, easy scheduling, they always arrive when they say they will. We will continue to use these folks. We recommend this service. read more

Short answer: Hire them! We had a 8 room job. Big, dirty, messy, overwhelming, and downright embarrassing. I called with questions. They were great, patient, gave excellent suggestions and options. I called to schedule it was a breeze. I called with nervous concerns the day before, they were reassuring, kind, and thoughtful. The day of the clean out, they were beyond professional. The crew was kind, non-judgmental, efficient, respectful, and really went way above to ensure the job was complete. I cannot thank them enough for making what would have been a stressful and miserable day and turning it into a wonderful experience that we smile remembering. We were able to feel the tension drop away as soon as they started. I had figured it'd take an entire day, and they'd cost $$$, but remarkably they were done in a matter of hours for $. We am so grateful for the peace of mind they gave us. Repeat: Hire them read more

I cannot say enough good things about the Dump Guy! They are fast, professional, reliable, and fairly priced. I've used their service twice and recommend them to everyone looking to clear out unwanted items. These guys work really hard, so don't forget to have some cash on hand for a tip because I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I was. read more

Having been a former owner of a large waste company I can say that these guys are good, real good! Fair and reasonable but more importantly, super professional and courteous, service with a smile in a business that doesn't always produce that. Easy scheduling, super communication from the office staff all the way to the guys doing the work. On time, let you know they are coming, easy and convenient payment methods, and you are done ready for the next visit, like I am now! Keep up the superior customer service, it makes a huge difference when choosing to do business with any company. read more

We had a large "burn pile" that included large logs, several Christmas trees, and an old door. They scheduled promptly and did the job for the price quoted, and even raked the area. I'm so happy to have my lawn back and even happier I didn't have to call the fire department. read more

I recently shut down an office and had some old stuff to get rid of. I called The Dump Guy, made an appointment, and a few days later it was all gone. Pricing is based on volume, so I broke things down as best I could first and then let them haul it all away. The price was right, they were on time, worked fast, and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely use them again someday. read more

These guys were absolutely incredible. They came on Black Friday and hauled away 15 pickups of complete garbage from my rental property that had a hoarder in it for 12 years. They took care of absolutely everything, including some pretty gross rotting food and piles of furnishings and garbage. They even managed to dispose of a completely full, festering fridge. Adam and Vikory took care of everything with a smile and without a single complaint. I just cannot say enough about how awesome they were in a tough situation on a freezing day dealing with more stuff than any of us imagined. Thank you Dump Guys!! read more
