We came from out of town to clean out my late mother's house. We discovered a soaked moldy basement. The Dump Guy crew hauled away the ruined items in no time flat. On top of that, they were extremely nice to us. We were understandably upset with the situation and their kindness was appreciated. Thank you, gentlemen read more

Great service, friendly people. They were really helpful and got everything quickly and efficiently.

These guys were on a job next door, from my yard it was easy to see how efficient and careful they were as they quickly worked to load large and awkward items onto the truck. Working as an experienced team, they were quick, quiet - soooo... as they were about to drive away, we took a gamble and asked it they'd be willing to take a clunky old garden chair for ten bucks. Without hesitation the worker came right over took the item, and smilingly refused the payment. Technically, I am not a bona fide customer YET but I will be soon; just knowing how painless it is to have old useless junk removed = inspiring me to liberate myself from this overhanging chore! read more

The Dump Guy is the best! Brilliant idea and great people. I had a bunch of garbage and stuff that I need removed after moving out of my house. The Dump Guys took everything and saved me many trips to the dump. read more

I use this company often. Never once have I been disappointed. They appear and treat me respectfully and in a manner that doesn't make me apprehensive about their presence. They - without failure offer to jump in and lift, sweep etc. I always give them a polite no but appreciate that they are on the ball as far as top quality customer service goes. read more

These guys were great. Prompt, friendly and fast. Definitely worth the price, which was actually really reasonable. I would recommend them highly! read more

Last min appointment with a bunch of stuff on the 3rd floor. The guys were awesome even when we added more stuff and they were in and out in 15 min read more

One word about the "Dump Guy": INCREDIBLE. I sent an e-mail via their website to make an appointment and they immediately called me with a time later that day. The gentleman called 20 minutes before the slated time only to tell me that he was running 20 min late. So right off the bat; they call me back and this guy calls me to tell me he's running 20 min late. Talk about fabulous and RELIABLE service! Rare these days. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price and informed me that they would pick up at 8:00 the next morning. They didn.t. They came at 7:45 and two nicer guys I couldn't have expected. Clean, friendly, and wonderfully efficient, they took all my stuff and left me one extremely happy customer. No question who I'm calling the next time (never mind for all my friends who need a "Dump Guy"). Outstanding!!! read more

Wow. I was so pleased with everything. First off, their pricing is, as far as I could tell, extremely competitive. I thought I was going to have to pay 4x as much as I did based on what their competitors priced. Their professionalism and timeliness was beyond expectation. I was so thrilled. This should be your first stop for junk removal. The truly exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad I found them. You will be, too! read more

Fantastic service, very friendly and professional. Great price, right on scheduled time.

I am very happy with the great service The Dump Guy provided me today. I called at 8 am and the man on the phone was very polite and helpful. They arrived on time at 10:30 am. The 2 men were very polite and professional and quickly got my very large pile of junk from my basement loaded into the trailer. There were large items like an old grill, and chairs, and things like unused paint as well and they took it all. The cost was very reasonable for the huge pile of junk I had. I would highly recommend them! read more

Very pleased with this service. It's a fantasy that becomes a reality at a reasonable price. You have an insurmountable pile of horrendous garbage, and then two able bodied and courteous young men show up and haul it all away in a pick up truck. How could this NOT be fantastic??! C'mon!! It might not be your fantasy, but it's one I have had many times... I would certainly use this company again. Prompt, efficient and helpful. read more

What I though was going to take over an hour only took 15 minutes. These guys are very strong and they are not afraid of hard work. Price quoted before the work started so we knew exactly what to expect. Very reasonable rates. Totally reliable, friendly, fast and so polite. Glad we kept their business card as we will recommend them to our friends & neighbours. Feel confident in hiring this company. read more

This company is very professionally managed and operated. There are no surprises, as I've seen with similar local services. Pricey, but an excellent value. read more

These guys are awesome! They helped us out of the most disgusting circumstance with a building we took over. There were four freezers in the basement that had been shut off for an unknown amount of time with rotten food in them. Those brave souls empty all of the disgusting freezers and took away the nasty freezers from our property. They really saved us! Great guys! Great service! Great price! We're using them again this week to help clean out the rest of the junk on the property that isn't as disgusting. read more

What a great local service! They are extremely friendly and quick at what they do. I was planning a cross country move and had these guys come three times to help me get rid of some stuff. The last time I needed them on super short notice, they accommodated my last minute request. I couldn't ask for better customer service, even in 90 degree August weather ~ Thanks again! read more

Bryan and Alex were amazing today! They came and emptied out all of the junk I don't want to move with me. They were polite, friendly, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing! Used them twice in the last month and have been completely impressed. They were on time, worked REALLY hard, were personable and no job was too tough. Now, those are just the baseline expectations. What sets them apart is their customer service. I get a call before they arrive and I get a follow up call after to ask about my experience. They really care about their customers and, in turn, they will always be my first call for dump services. Love them. read more

We love this company. We have used them several times to remove stuff from our yard after house projects. They are very reliable and a better deal than a similar junk removal franchaise. So far, they have had no problem removing any of the stuff we've had and without a truck of our own, it saves us from borrowing/renting one to bring several loads of junk to the dump. read more

This is the best service ever! My mother needed a recliner, a couple broken televisions, and a bunch of other junk removed. The Dump Guys were efficient, kind, professional, and affordable. We will be using again! read more

Two days before I was scheduled to move in to my new place, there was a ton of trash in the garage from a renovation project my brother (an out-of-state contractor with no local dump permit) had done for me. He called the Dump Guy and two hard-working and very professional young men came the next afternoon and very speedily took all the trash off our hands. They were fast, polite, conscientious and even swept the garage floor before leaving!!! I can't recommend this business strongly enough. Oh, and the price was very reasonable! read more

These guys were great. They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, scheduled next day service, showed up on time, they were polite and professional and removed all the items I needed, even a few things that were difficult to move out of my basement. They also took a couple of extra things at very little additional cost. I highly recommend this company. read more

Great service, cleared out a lot of stuff fast, good price, and the 2 guys who came out were polite and helpful.

These guys are great. Professional and friendly, they arrived on time, and removed all the items we needed to have hauled away. And given the number, size and weight of the items involved, their price for this service was incredibly reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Dump Guy to anyone needing this type of service. read more

The guys just left and I couldn't be happier! I needed a storage space under a finished breezeway cleaned out before the insulators arrived; I thought about doing it myself but then my back went out and I had to ask around to borrow a truck, etc. so I called Garrett. He answered the call (very pleasantly) on Saturday morning and said they could come on Monday-and he quoted basic cost with some caveats added for potential extras. John called Monday before he arrived (and he was even early!) and he and his assistant immediately went to work; they cleaned the whole space in less than an hour and even raked the lawn after to make sure all debris had been picked up. They were courteous, pleasant and professional and, best of all for a homeowner, exactly what I expected when I expected it! It was reasonably priced but more expensive than doing it myself; however, I am now off to shop for Thanksgiving cooking, not freezing and hauling junk to the dump which is priceless! I will never hesitate to call The Dump Guy again or recommend them-thanks, guys! read more
