I recorded the trucks tag, truck number and DOT number and immediately called the company to report the damage. At first the safety manager asked me for a repair quote. i sent it and after not answering my calls for several weeks, the safety manager said they would not pay for the damage since I did not pull the driver over. Seriously? Pull a dump truck over on 95? POOR BUSINESS AND I WOULD NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY......EVER.
