No one notified us that because of the events the bar would be closed. No smoking at all vape or otherwise except in a cage that they have in the property! Hot water was a hit or miss, she did explain to use how to maximize our hot water but never once thought it would be a good idea to let us know about the events! The free breakfast was absolutely horrible! The chilaquiles were sour and all the food was cold as could be! We asked to change rooms in the morning when we asked if there were events scheduled for that night also and they told us there was, they said we could change rooms but for a fee! I just want to say we would have never booked there if we knew about the events. We kindly declined to pay extra for a different room with a parking lot view instead of the ocean view we paid for. To my surprise, which I thought would be impossible to get but they did allow us to check out and charged us for only one night! The stuff were nice and pleasant our server at the restaurant (drinks only) was also very kind when we were looking for restaurant recommendations. And the fact that they did return our money was nice! With communication this all could have been avoided! The view was amazing, but no chairs in the balcony to enjoy it!

The large parrot, the barking dog, the 10-piece brass bands at venues on either side of the property... Regardless, the price is super low, the location is close to it all (still recommend a car though), and the service is very friendly. It feels safe, it's relatively clean (they give purified water free but I'd buy the sealed water bottles for $1), and it's next to a nice laundrymat.... Enjoy!

Stuff is really falling apart in the suite we got. Their pool is ok but tiny. They have a macaw near the office that will freak you out. If you say hello it will reply in obscenities. I came across her business on Yelp and immediately reached out to inquire about a taco bar. She quickly provided a menu and all the details I needed. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the Airbnb and reached out to let her know. She was incredibly understanding and explained that she does travel to the States, but with a slight increase in price. She also offered to provide me with a full refund. After consulting with my significant other, we decided it would be best to wait and book with her when we are in Ensenada. When I notified her, she was once again very professional, understanding, and promptly issued a full refund of my deposit. I truly appreciate her honesty, communication, and professionalism. I'm looking forward to booking with Chef Tici in the near future!

She was timely, prepared, very efficient, had a really great energy and answered all of my questions. I can't even put into words how beyond amazing the food was. There were 11 of us and each of us got a nicely sized portion of four different dishes. They were made with amazing craftsmanship, but also love. And the attention to detail was exceptional. Our wedding was supposed to happen in the midst of Covid-19. But, had to get postponed to the following year 2021. Long story short everything was about money for them. I wanted to change to an outdoor venue since it was more safe for our small 85 guests. But, they made it seem like they couldn't find outdoor winery in Valle de Guadalupe. Here I am contacting places 7 months before my wedding. Everywhere I called they're was availability. At first everything was going great and little things started to fall out of place. Keep in mind that all the planning started in December of 2019. I would say that you need to stay on top of everything! I mean everything! Keep asking questions or state your concerns. If you want a certain vendor at your wedding I would say contact them directly. Going thru Lorena Cardenas will cost you an arm and a leg. I had three different vendors and was less than half the price. Taco stand guy $240 for 100 people, Mariachi $600 for 3 hours and also a music group for $500 for the whole night. My biggest complaint was getting a call literally 4 weeks before my wedding that the church was missing a document. I sent all the documents that was required in July of 2020 and why are they telling me about this 4 weeks before my wedding? I was so stressed out!! Literally, had to call several churches in LA to get this paperwork expedited to Ensenada within a 2 weeks. Also, I had the DJ call me the night before my wedding asking me for the type of music I wanted him to play. Which was so weird because I wasn't even prepare for that phone call.
