I came for some $1 tacos which was definitely worth it. My wife and I enjoyed their Al Pastor, Chicken, and Chicharron and Buche meat. The chicharron was a bit too salty but still pretty good. For $1, these tacos were small, but they put a generous amount of meat so it's all good. I ordered 8 tacos in which I finished but I was super stuffed. The only meat they don't have for their Taco Tuesday deal is carne asada. It's a smart business move I'd say since most people want carne asada meat. The meats were just ok I thought. They aren't over seasoned but a bit over cooked and chalky. I wish the tortillas were dipped in lard before cooking; this make the tortillas more flavorful. They have chips and salsa too which is a plus. I want to come back and try a burrito or torta. For now, I would give this place a 3.5 which is solid. I'll be back! read more

They have several packages to choose from and are very affordable. We had 4 different meats, tacos, quesillas and all the fixings. Everyone raved about the food. I always order on DoorDash so I can't speak to in-person experience but the food is delicious. I love their breakfast burritos, the chorizo is good and you can double up on meat for an extra charge. They are huge and stuffed with goodness! My fav is asada and bacon :) read more

Good Mexican food in Discovery Bay is awesome. Way better than the previous taqueria in this spot. Taco Tuesdays are great ($1 per taco) and the other items are good as well. Unfortunately not very good. Got a wet super burrito and a burrito bowl and it was almost $50. The "wet" on the wet burrito said mole and it for sure was not mole. Closer to enchilada sauce. Our family had an amazing experience. We are visiting from out of town. The staff were super accommodating! Nayeli was super sweet and took our family's order from the table since we came with such a large group. She made sure everyone had what we needed and was even kind enough to check back in. The cook today Jose was quick and efficient. You can tell he puts pride into every dish they serve. The portion was generous and beautifully presented. Haven't visited this place in a while & probably won't go back again. There was a customer with a dog who was literally putting food on the table for the dog to eat. There was a sign posted that states no dogs allowed. I spoke to the owner who said he had asked the customer not to bring the dog inside but they refused. Also the salsa taste like tomato sauce out of a can. I had a chicken burrito the chicken also tasted like chicken from a can. I must say the owner was very apologetic.
