    a person holding a sandwich

Just went in, was the only customer. Ordered a caprese sandwich (which had no description). I ordered it hot. It took 25 minutes. It came out cold, thrown in the bag in a mess. And it came with pesto on it (again, not on the description). And the bread was all torn.

Good baked goods and coffee I had a muffin that was really good n fresh which is hard to find anymore. The place has indoor and outdoor seating with free WIFI. The 25 percent off on Yelp was a nice touch so is the chess board by the door.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly service but a bit slow. Bread was delicious and most people liked their paninis. Will be back!

The breakfast sandwich with horseradish cheddar cheese was absolutely amazing and the sport tea was a great pair. Great people

Bread & Pastries (only have drip coffee & cold brew!) 5stars…read morefor the large selection, happiness from my groups pastry selection, and the lovely strawberry rhubarb & cheese danish I got. Plenty of topping/filling for the large pastry size. Would love to try more next time I'm here! I do want to point out this is NOT the place for beverages, grab coffee at the local spot just a few steps down the road.

This was our final destination in Bozeman, and was a nice little excursion before our flights. We only ended up getting three items: their celebrated huckleberry scone, a cinnamon roll, and an almond croissant. We really liked the scone, but that's probably more because we're big fans of huckleberries than anything about it being outstanding. The almond croissant was good, as was the roll, but they were both beyond flaky--too flaky--and crumbs and powdered sugar were flying everywhere. In hindsight, we wish we had gotten a savory item to round things out because, overall, nothing was bad but nothing was capital-G Great. The staff are super friendly and helpful, but there was no one bussing or cleaning tables, so everything was pretty unkempt. We think it's 3.5 stars, but we're rounding up because we really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place and can see ourselves coming back on future visits.

From service to ice cream -- it was a great experience…read more I'm going to start out by saying North Davis St. is currently closed for street access due to library construction. While we're very excited for the library, this makes it very hard for small businesses like The Milky Way to expect their normal customers -- or any customers at all to be honest. If you're able to park a little down the road and walk over, please do! It's definitely worth it! Okay, back to our experience. The Milky Way serves Genuine brand ice cream and offers a pretty decent lineup. My fiancé opted for a scoop of honey lavender & huckleberry. I got a scoop of the peanut butter chocolate topped with sprinkles. Both were really good but I must admit my peanut butter chocolate ice cream tasted like it was sitting at the bottom of the freezer for a little too long. But, with the lack of traffic due to construction, I wasn't surprised. On the bright side, my fiancé's ice cream was perfect. Our dog, Thor, even got his own pup cup! I love when businesses have options like this. It's a treat for us and a treat for our pets. The young man who served us was incredibly friendly. We chatted for awhile while he scooped our ice cream and he expressed his gratitude for our business and the extra tip. There were also a few cute lawn chairs and corn hole if you're looking for a quaint space to hang out with your kids or have a quick date like we did. We'll be back soon!
