I cannot say enough good things about Anita and Alexis. They were so kind, professional, and…read moreattentive to every little detail. They painted three rooms in our home and the difference is unreal!! It completely elevated the entire space. You can tell they take pride in their work because the results are absolutely beautiful and so cleanly done. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. I'm beyond grateful we chose them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Anita showed up at 8:00 AM every day and Alexis joined her a little later. They finished everything in about four days and we couldn't be happier! This house has very high ceilings in the living room (as well as a peak) and Anita did a beautiful job! All the lines are crisp, the coverage is thorough. She is an absolute perfectionist and loves what she does and it shows! Anita is friendly, absolutely transparent, up front and honest. Her prices are fair as well. She and Alexis were also very mindful of our three cats and made sure that they didn't slip out when doors were opened. We were so happy with her work that we are having her back this winter to paint the upstairs interior, the kitchen cabinets and next summer she and Alexis will paint the exterior of our house. No need to look any further! You simply cannot go wrong with hiring Anita for all your painting needs. Perfection!

I can definitely recommend Sir Paints A Lot for your painting needs. The whole team does a great…read morejob. From the estimate from Shawn - nicely detailed and reasonable, to the prompt communication from Alicia for the payments, paint delivery, etc., through the painting by David - four rooms done in 2 days with attention paid to prep work, 2 coats of paint and cleaning up - and then the final walk through with Savana - to make sure we were happy with the results. We are very happy with the results. I was also provided with some paint color suggestions and information about choosing paint colors in this area, which was useful. David was a fast and efficient worker - the job was done sooner than I expected as we had different colors of paint - 2 rooms of one color, and then 2 rooms with different colors in each. And the rooms had a fair amount of prep work due to multiple holes and wall anchors in the walls. Such a nice feeling to have new paint on the walls!

The painting crew was really nice. They were receptive to my requests to replace some areas of rotted wood. They did a good thorough job! There was one spot near the top of the house that got missed because it is difficult to see from the ground level. I noticed it a few days after completion and they came back and fixed it quickly. In terms of cost SPAL's bid was in the middle of the bids I got to paint my house. I would recommend SPAL for your painting project.

We were 5 star happy with the results and the willingness to redo some small spots to our critical eyes. The crew leaders were very professional in how they handled their guys. It was amazing watching them work into the evening to finish a surface begun much earlier. They earned every bit of their 5 stars! and we are pleased to recommend them.

Hi all, Wanted to post about my recent project with Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction out of…read moreAlbany. Here is what happened on our job. Prep day: During Prep removing a old awning beam hit the New light I had put up attached to the house. While it was tightened back down still does not sit flush with the all any longer. I had a bush and a new Rose Bush planted out front, trimmed and away from the house. They ensured me it would be covered. After work was done they both got paint on them and the rose bush sustained damage. (I did clean it up so the photo below makes it not seem so bad). The original house numbers were lost, even though they did replace them I consider this a lack off attention to detail. The biggest issue was after work was done. You give them a cashier check/cash or card on prep day for 50 percent. I gave this to them and the lead for the project lost it. They did process the balance check after work was done. (I did find out they deposited it but did not credit account) I saw on my account page with Fitzpatrick payment past due which was wrong I had paid in full. I would not hire them again. I do have some praise for the crew though. Despite the issue with the bushes they did listen to my questions and quickly resolved any questions I had. Good job patching the warn fascia. The senior painter who did our door was super painter man. I don't have permission to use his name but wish him the best in retirement. Suggestions: 1. Have better payment record systems in place, if payment first day with cash or check some sort of receipt system. Note you can pay with card but will pay a fee to do so by the payment processor. 2. If plants need protection take the time to do so, My bush and rose will recover over time some home owners may not be so kind. 3. My project did not have a lead on site during work, only start of day one when paint came and final wrap up before final walk. While there was a former lead it was not his job to review and manage the team. 4. Finally own any issues. Home owners need to know if there was a problem like the light. I do not know if it was ever recorded anywhere but I did share my concern with the lead on the final day. Please not I did not plan to review this project because the owner takes pride in his company. It was ultimately the lost payment issue that pushed me to this review. I feel he will take his company to the next level as they continue to grow. I have seen other projects done and they all look great from the curb. For that reason I still gave them a 3 with room to grow. PS If the guy that painted my front door retires and needs a little work I do have some interior paint I am looking at in the future.
