I talked to Sharon to try and arrange a time where they could come and give me a quote. I told Sharon that my wife was the one who was really interested in the project and it would be best to talk with her. Sharon said, have your wife call me so we can make an appointment. I got off the phone and my wife immediately called her back. My wife also left two messages prior to receiving a return call. They scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, June 6 at 11 o'clock. But they didn't show up. We called and left a message again, then I called and was able to speak with Sharon. Sharon was very flippant about how they just forgot because they got busy. She said nothing we can do about it we just forgot. She then asked me if I had ever forgotten something before. I told her that I had, however, I wasn't running a business where people were depending on me to show up when I said I would show up. At that point she told me there isn't anything she can do about it and it would be best if I took my business elsewhere. She then hung up on me. Lack of professionalism and respect for their customers is a huge factor for why I will not recommend their services.
