They showed up promptly and were back the next day to do the work. We had a few boards left over from the original installation (which they had not done). They fit in replacement boards perfectly, cleaned and polished the finish. They noticed a scratch in the floor we had not seen ourselves, and repaired it. Price was very reasonable. First we were…read moretold and it was advertised that the refinishing process of sanding to our wood flooring would be dust free...once they started sanding we were told that they could no longer advertise dust free and that there would be dust. Our floors that were guaranteed to last 10-15 years lasted about 2 years. There is whitening in some areas, more shine in some areas and not in others, bubbles and waves where the finish was not applied smoothly and wood pulling away from the wall and showing past the 1/4 round that we needed to install after floors were refinished. The company does not back their employees or their product. I would not recommend them for floor refinishing.

There was apparently a low spot in the floor of the tub that had caused water to collect and cause the rust. Paul evaluated it and said that they could probably level it out before putting on the finish to correct the problem. It turned out looking great! I had concerns about slipping on the new surface since I previously used a vinyl mat with suction cups which you cannot use on a reglazed tub. The woman at the office ( sorry, I forgot her name) was very helpful. I went in and could try out the various options with bare feet to see what worked. I got the mat that they sold plus had grab bars installed by Phil when he did the reglazing. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.
