I also needed the width of the gate widened because originally they made the opening too narrow, so they were able to widen the opening before the rest of the fence was installed. I appreciate them checking with me halfway through the project. A few weeks ago one of the posts was failing I put in a warranty claim. They came out quickly and replaced it. There was an incentive to sign a contract that day, which did state a deposit needed to be made. We expressed needing some time to think and didn't feel too pressured by the company to sign. Yes, they did reach out to us once in a while before we officially signed, (took us a bit to figure things out) but seemed like the normal type of sales check ins. In the end, we decided to move forward with Cool Cat and had a pretty decent experience with them. Yes, they're a bit more pricey than some others but we felt like overall the quality seemed better. The communication was a little spotty in the sense of being bounced around from project managers throughout the process. I don't believe the PM we were speaking with was there during fence installation. I'm thankful that they were pretty responsive with us when we had questions. In the end they did a great job and were happy with the fence. They worked quickly and efficiently and didn't leave a mess thankfully. They installed a turnbuckle for our gate which was a nice addition too. Gene was the main guy for the project and he did a great job!

Elijah walked us through the different cedar and post options, which was very helpful. When our neighbors expressed interest in having part of their fence done as well, Elijah was happy to meet with them promptly to provide a quote. Andreii was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed our fence (including our neighbor's portion) in just 2.5 days. Our fence required some shrubs to be trimmed, which they handled as well for no extra cost. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. His team was super helpful and asked several questions regarding preferences for the construction and factored in a previous issue with the old fence, which had been routed close to a growing tree and started leaning as a result. They came in the rain and finished a pretty long run within the same day, and it looks great! Both neighbors on either side of the fence have asked for contact info to get their fences replaced after seeing the finished work! Alien Fence will be my go-to company for any future work. Caleb offered detailed descriptions of how they'd handle the tricky sections. He's friendly, professional, responsive, and a good communicator. And his project estimate was clear, detailed, and within the price range we expected. Greg and his crew are experienced pros. Greg seems like an all-around great guy. He walked the perimeter with me and described how they'd demo and build each section. They worked surprisingly quickly and efficiently, and kept the area cleaned up. The new fence looks great.
