    The owner or whoever Rich or Rick is, is a TOTAL JERK. I googled "plumbers in ballston spa" this was the 1st company that popped up at the time and it said "serves ballston spa" I called for an emergency I gave my info he said it would be $135 then would give me a quote for work that needed to be done. I was perfectly fine with that. 2 employees came to my house and said I had 2 options either cut blind into my ceilings and MAYBE find the section needed (if not keep cutting to make it bigger until found) or I could just shut the water off to my house while what I needed to be done could get done. Clearly I'm not going to cut open walls if it's not needed. The employees then cash me out saying it's $253... how did it go to that from $135? The guys said for labor..... they pointed out my 2 options and were at my house for less than 30mins. None the less the one guy pulled my light bulb out (when I'm pretty sure every lightbulb in the history of light bulbs gets screwed in) he was just going to leave it broken but the other worker who was great made sure he fixed it. I get the receipt and it looked like he charged me $101 for "travel distance of 10 miles or more" I call that Rick or Rich guy and he said no that's the $135 fee. WAIT WHAT you said a service visit was $135 not because you were traveling 10+ miles it was a $135 fee. If that was the case I would've just called another company that was in ballston spa I had no idea they were located in Glenville at the time. Then the $101 was for labor..... no one did any labor at my house besides fix a lightbulb THEY broke and point out "where" the section of a pipe "might be" and where my water shut off was. While on the phone with whoever Rick/rich was he proceeded to be extremely rude and was literally yelling at me saying "do you know how much money it costs me to get up there I'm already out $120 in gas there and back" we'll sir if you disclosed that to me I wouldn't have even used you but instead you didn't disclose that was the reason for the fee AND charged labor on top of it and was still yelling at me "you didn't let my guys cut into your ceiling to find this pipe" no you're absolutely right I didn't let them because it would've been an unnecessary expense, didn't your employees and yourself just tell me I can just shut off the water? Clearly anyone would choose that instead of spending unnecessary money. Instead of being a business man this man is a crook. In my line of business I will be sure to let everyone know to use ANY company BUT this one. I've never experienced such a crooked lying rude human in my life who should be ashamed of himself for speaking to customer the way he did.

    This is what Duell calls a completed job.  This is not a functiong bathroom!

    This is the best service I have ever gotten in the Capital District of NY!! No other companies…read morecompare to this one. In some cases, with some of other dishonest companies that want to take a large amount of your money without even doing adequate work, the comparison can be of Reimer being Angelic from heaven and those other businesses absolute hell. ELI and JORGE put in a new furnace. Couldn't believe how hard they worked! In a relatively small area in a walk-in closet(with other items stored),ELI had to himself lift the heavy new and old heaters for the job! They worked together,keeping my floors pristine. Got 0% financing on one of the best energy saving heaters available. When they answer the phone by,...how can we make you smile...", they really mean it and do everything to earn and bring you a huge smile. Thank you ELI, JORGE and all in Reimer!

    My elderly mom in her 80s was out of water. I called for an after hours emergency call to restore…read moreher water. I called little after 7 pm. Got a call from tech about 9ish, saying he wasn't going to be out tonight as by time he got here would be after 10 pm. Then asked what the problem was with the water heater...not sure how he got incorrect information that it was a water heater problem when I had stated she had no running or working water. I explained to him the switch had burnt out...he realized it was a 20/40 pressure switch, and said he didn't have one on the truck anyway. So it would be the next day someone would be out. (WHY THEY WOULDN'T HAVE SUCH A SMALL AND COMMON PART ON TRUCK IS BAFFLING). I waited till about noon Sunday the next day and called tech back and asked when someone was coming because my elderly mom needed water, he said she was on schedule for 3 pm. AT AFTER 9 PM A TECH SHOWED UP WITHOUT THE PART. He said he was not made aware of the issue, I explained the conversation I had with tech prior night and it should have been noted on account. He said it would be 10 am next day, him and boss apologized after he called and told him. But, she would be one of 1st appointments next day. I had to call and take day off work to be here....I woke in the morning to a missed call and voicemail from who seemed to be owner or manager saying it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN!!! My elderly mom in 80s went almost 2 days without water...they had no communication with each other as to the actual problem, show up without part, promise to be out next morning only to basically cancel saying reschedule. Needless to say, I didn't wait any longer for them to fix the problem. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM LETTING A SENIOR CITIZEN GO DAYS WITHOUT WATER, HAD NO COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER OR NOTE ACCOUNT SO OTHERS WOULD KNOW PROBLEM ACTUALLY INSTEAD OF INCORRECT INFORMATION THEY HAD ABOUT WATER HEATER PROBLEM, NO ONE UPDATED OR NOTED ACCOUNT AS TO PART NEEDED. SO TECH COMES OUT FINALLY ONLY WITHOUT PART. BTW IT WAS ONLY $46ISH AT LOWES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
