We appealed to her compassion, but she kept quoting The Rules, and insisted we leave. This had been one of our favorite restaurants in Hermann until today. My sister left in tears, humiliated, and struggled to get back to our rental. She is still crying. And thankfully did not collapse on the sidewalk from heat stroke.
