My wife and I came all the way from South Jersey to see an RV advertised on Facebook Marketplace…read more It was the exactly the size and floor plan that we were looking for. It was a long ride but it was worth it. The Ad was true to every detail. Scott showed us the RV and was accommodating and easy going. He was extremely patient while we were able to thoroughly investigate the RV and confirm that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy prepped the RV and oriented us with all the systems within it and how to use them and what precautions to take. It was all clean and shining when we arrived to take possession. Kathleen took care of all our paperwork and we were on our way to new adventures. This is a great family business that I would definitely do business with them again in the future. All promises and commitments were met and our expectations were exceeded. I wish we lived closer. It was a very easy and pleasant transaction.

We had Blue Ox tow plates installed at Harbold's on our tow vehicle in July. After very little use…read moreless than a year later, we were hooking it up to take on a trip and discovered that the bolts had come loose and two fell out of the tow plate. We were very fortunate that we made it back safely from our previous trip. We called Harbold's right away, but they said they couldn't get us in for at three-plus weeks. We had plans for other trips using our tow vehicle, so we contacted an authorized blue ox installer. They were able to look at it in just a few days and they discovered that the tow plates had not been installed properly using Loctite on the bolts as required by Blue Ox. That dealer installed them properly and we are now able to use our tow vehicle. Once Harbold's realized that we were going to write a negative review about their mistake, they offered to take a look at it sooner, but it was too little, too late.

Before I was even at the dealership the first time, I got every ounce of information quickly provided to me without any pressure. I had models available/down pmt for each/monthly pmt for each so I could think about what I wanted to spend. I found some accessories online and was given the info on this right away too. No delays, no pressure, just clear info. Chad told me about the free 3 wheel classes so I could learn safely. I didn't know about that option. Already signed up! I went to the dealership and was met with a bunch of super nice people who showed me everything. From the Rykers down to the gloves, I got great info to help make this big decision. I chose the Ryker Rally, and the deal was made. Easy all the way around! I'd never ridden before so they offered to deliver it so I would not have to drive an hour home with it my first day. My friend drove it home and I started learning immediately. I'm two days in now, been driving all over the neighborhood and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier with my new Ryker! Go get one!

I'd like to recognize a couple/few people here for their outstanding customer service and patience…read more I called Saturday and wanted to get my bike inspected as I'd put it off for personal family/health reasons. Henry was VERY accommodating and let me know that they could fit me in that day ASAP and that while I wait, I could enjoy the birthday bash - great surprise as I thought it was the following weekend. Moving forward, I didn't have a 'printed' copy of my insurance card and Russell was kind enough to let me send to his email & print it for me as well as keeping me informed for the 5 hours I was there. Which brings me to Mike Wolf, the tech who worked on my bike endlessly to get it right so it passed inspection with the help of Brandon/Service Mgr. allowing the extra time/labor to get those ridiculous brakes passed. I also had MAJOR moral support from the new fella, Jeff ! I would not have made it through those 5 hours without ANY of them! KUDOS and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Dealerships have multiple units. Sales, parts, accessories…read moreand service. Have dealt with multiple dealerships in my riding career and this one is Top Tier. The sales team specializes in brands since it's hard for one person to be an expert on make/model. They are also riders who sell bikes, not salesmen who know there's a difference between a Toyota and a Ducati. But, unless you are buying a couple of bikes a year, you're going to see the Service Team more frequently than sales and this is where Warhorse stands out. They are REALLY good at what they do and I consider them an integral part of my safety and enjoyment during the riding season. 10/10 all around.

Soon as I ask for a OTD price they ghost me but their AI assistant keeps begging me to waste my time driving over 3 hours round trip for a number they could produce in 5 minutes. It's handy to get your bike inspected, tires changed, oil changes - simple stuff. Every time I get a bike inspected, Bryan, JR or Earl talks to me for just a moment afterward to tell me about the condition of my bike and I really appreciate this. Nick and Eli are exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting riders in and out of service and, over the years, have gotten to know me by name. I appreciate Duane, the owner, sending out an email questionnaire after any service visit or sometimes he'll just be out talking to customers. Be careful while you wait for your bike to get finished because the showroom is full of new and used motorcycles and I'm always tempted to purchase something else.
