She was facing items, but she chose to keep her head down. When I asked for help again and she decided to acknowledge me, she told me to go wait in the aisle I needed help in and she would send someone over. No one came. Several of the older associates walked by and stared, but when I tried to flag them down, they melted back into the cursed dark aisles of no return and vanished. Ended up trying to find my part on my own but I ended up driving into Tucson and going to Home Depot where the associates were more than happy to help me match parts and look at compatible items.
