I thought there would be people there who would play with her like I saw people playing with the dogs in her video. And, I thought she would have Constant Supervision. Sadly, when I looked on the webcams throughout the day, I saw her sitting by herself in a cage with one other dog and the place looked deserted. Now I took her there 6 times and she was there for 9 hours each time. Only the Last 3 times were the Webcams working. And since I work I didn't see her entire day, but I saw enough to know that unfortunately I will not be bringing her back.

I called today and they said, no it's $40 a night but if you pay with a credit card (which I did), it's $45 a night. I was never told that or else I would have paid cash. I said I was told on the phone $25/night. The woman on the phone said "oh it must have been a man who told you that" (it was). My dog came home with more food than I expected, so I doubt she was fed enough, even though they were given instructions. The webcams were down all day Saturday. I was able to see them on Sunday. Otherwise, the building seemed decent and they appeared to have a big play area outside. I feel totally ripped off and we won't be going back. I called back and talked to the man who gave me the original price. I said I would gladly bring in $75 cash if he would refund my credit card payment. He refused, I said I would be disputing it with my card company. He said you do that so you get charged for it. So I'm dealing with this still. Other people I know stated something similar happened to them here as well. An absolutely unprofessional business.

The cats took to her right away, which isn't usually the case with one of them. Customer service at Pampered Paws is exactly what you want when you are turning over your house keys and entrusting someone with your pets. She always got right back to me to answer any questions I had. We did an initial meeting at the house where we went over all the paperwork and info about the cats and everything she needed to know about the house. She is very detail oriented. While we were gone she would check in once a day with texts to notify us she had visited the house and that the cats were ok. Angie is very professional and it's so nice to be able to go out of town and know that the kitties have been well taken care of. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new pet sitter or need any of the other services she offers to help you take care of your pets.

I have been coming here for 5 years on and off! I came in today Good Friday~HE IS RISEN~ for a…read morefill- white tip w/ gel. I asked how much and was quoted $55. I'm a creature of habit with the same 5 colors, I have health issues so I come as often as I can and usually with my mom. I was greeted by Lyn, the owner, sat down immediately and was helped by Sophie! We were chit chatting about life and kids, I was telling her about my late brother and daughter etc- She proceeds to do my nails and says "I do accent for nail you for free" "holiday weekend" I said "Thank you" and we had continued to chat.. I immediately questioned it, but maybe just thought it was another blessing! My nails were trashed- two of the tips had fallen off, and needed to to be put back on... (left thumb) left accent nail) 45 mins goes by and the weather was progressively getting worse; Initially she asked if I wanted a pedicure; I said not today because of my time, my daughter was napping and home with my mom, while I got this done. I noticed Sophie using pink, blues & whites colors.. since I am long time customer, I would often watch her do other client nails- very artistic. In our conversation, I stated I am a professional not sure if she caught the hint, hence I don't typically do accent nails... She filed maybe 3 nails, one being the accent nail, accidentally cut my finger deeply, liquid bandaid on immediately without cleaning it, and says "I told you not to move" Lyn the owner comes over and was admiring her work... They exchanged words and she now say to me "$65 but for you I do "$5 off so $60." I said to her you told me $55 for the white tip. She says on the "accent nail costs extra". I said okay. Keep in my mind- I strictly requested white tip- fill only. I go to pay, she asked cash or card. I say cash. And she says okay $55. I gave her $60. There are so many things that went on here. It was the lack of completing the entire THOROUGH process especially for the amount of time I was there. Close to 2 hours in total. Keep in mind, they were not even busy, 2 other ladies getting pedi's. My finished nails looked dirty, uneven and now at risk for infection. Very disappointed. Thank you!

I believe I would prefer human hands since the robot is only capable of long strokes and localized pressure. The reason for three stars is solely due to the front desk receptionist and the massage concierge. Both staff members were aloof and lacked the warmth of personality needed for their roles. Each guest should be welcomed to the spa with a smile, eye contact, and friendliness. Instead, both staff members appeared to be bothered by doing their jobs and were aloof and disengaged when interacting with customers.

DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HEAD/NECK…read more I should have left this review years ago, but I'm still dealing with the effects and feel like I should share my experience. I originally went in for relief from back discomfort. After a neck adjustment, I developed severe cluster headaches and ongoing nerve issues in my neck/shoulder area that still affect me years later. My neck and shoulders have remained prone to irritation and reinjury. At the time, I went back and told them I was having severe issues after the adjustment. I remember being very uncomfortable with the idea of another neck adjustment, but my neck was adjusted again anyway, and I was sent on my way. I never pursued it formally, and I regret that. But based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against allowing neck/head adjustments here. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I personally would never go back.
