Great Service! These guys are awesome. First... it's sooo refreshing to do business with HONEST…read morepeople!!!They are competent ( all my repair work has been flawless and repaired once!) The service was super fast, Whitney was on top of everything! When one of my parts was actually not needed, he noticed ALL my lug nuts had been stripped! Likely by Mavis Tires... (but I digress). He left my quote the same, took a cost hit on his end and repaired what surely would have been a nightmare if I had a flat tire!!! Wont be going back to Mavis Tires! But the transparency and integrity really impressed me. We both know the average repair shop would have left the un-needed part stay on my quote. Character is doing the right thing when no one sees you.....Big thanks to Whitney! You're the Man!!! I wont service my Evoque any where else!!! 5 Stars!!!!!

He even circled back end of day to let me know the vehicle was still available. I showed up the next day. The Dodge Durango was waiting right out front for me. I was greeted almost immediate by Michael aka MACK. Who was filled in by the online salesman and had the key in hand knowing i was coming. We took the Durango for a test drive. I've never encountered a salesman so excited about a vehicle. This car is equipped with a 5.7 hemi. He explained everything to me. Showed me all the options the car came with. He had answers to all my questions. Walked me through how the finance process would go. Everything was as smooth as butter. Even the lady I'm sorry i didn't get her name where i signed my life away was amazing. Explained all the warranty option. And financing option. She was very patient. I highly recommends this duo.

First of all, it wouldn't start when I was signing papers, and I'm an idiot for going through with it. Following months, sunroof wouldn't move, elevation adjustment was DOA, gas cap wouldn't open at one point. They told me "oh you have a warranty you can take it to any Jeep dealership to get it fixed!"....... And then the electric charging stopped working, plus the 3 recalls pre-purchase that hadn't been addressed. It's baffling how incompetent and/or scummy this dealership is. If I had more money after buying this car I'd be hiring a team of lawyers right now Oh, after they got it running 2-3 weeks after signing, I was just excited to get it... They drove it to me at work, I just traded keys with the driver in the parking lot because we were literally in the middle of surgery. Couple weeks later I called about the sunroof not working, they connected me to the manager, "hey your rental was returned with serious damage to the wheel and bumper" and I ended up paying $500 deductible from my insurance. Weird how their driver drove it back 130 miles with no tire issues.
