Care was great! Staff very professional and kind! Highly recommend for care but avoid eating the food if possible. It's awful. Breakfast sandwiches are on brioche buns, eggs are tasteless. And it's very expensive for poor quality food. If you can avoid eating there, you'll have a great experience!

I had a phenomenal experience with the labor and delivery ward when I had my daughter almost 3 years ago. I love Doctor Jessica Miller! So I thought I could rely on the emergency room for a miscarriage after my OB told me to go for my heavy bleeding. It took 4 tries to get blood drawn and one of my veins blew. I went in for blood loss and left with more blood lost. I ended up leaving after all of my labs were done, ultra sound, etc, but was waiting for results. Why? I have the portal and my OB is like 500 feet away. So they wanted me to sign a refusal to be treated document... that I did refuse because I didn't refuse anything. I also had a nurse come in to give me an IV, after being poked 3 times on the way to the 4th I denied especially because no one could tell me why (not even her), apparently it was for fluids come to find out. Thankfully I was "refused" because the doctor even said to me I don't know why they were trying to give you fluids over blood loss? So 4 hours later this is what I am left with (see pictures) and hopefully my OB can take it from here. ALSO after I said no to the IV the nurse I could hear talking crap after closing my door "she doesn't want me to give her the IV lolololol". I also had a nurse sarcastically say "welcome to the ER" after I said I was poked 4 times for blood. The 4th person was the phlebotomist who was trained and she listened to me about where my blood is usually drawn. I don't know if anything was actually accomplished. I did leave before my prescriptions (prenatal and antibiotic) could be filled, even though they have my pharmacy on file they said something like the doctor had to sign off even though he discussed them with me. If you are having a baby I recommend going (the post delivery menu is THE BEST by the way) BUT if you are going to the ER you'll have better luck dying somewhere.

    That 6 looks kinda cheesy

I'm sure this is a fine hospital but it looked kinda a wreck in small ways. I was here to donate blood so I only saw the entrance and front lobby. They must be changing the lobby to some kind of nature thing. It'll look good in the future but not today.

I wish I didn't have the experience to rate a hospital but my husband had a minor incident last week that brought us to the Dublin ER. I'm so thankful we came to this hospital. To begin, it's new and immaculate. Everything is very nice, there's a cute cafe and gift shop, and you can tell the facilities are equipped with the latest and greatest. All of the staff members were very nice. They kept us updated each step of the way and made sure my husband was getting the best care. They're very personable and easy to talk to. One of the nurses and I even exchanged photos of our dogs. One of the greatest things though? It wasn't overcrowded and we never had to wait around. Everything was quick and my husband was attended to immediately. It was so much appreciated. If we ever get in a bind again, we'll definitely go back to this hospital.

She represented true professifor all nurses. I always try to be a good patient and to treat others as I'd want them to treat me. On this stay at Riverside I was treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Thankyou Riverside for possibly listening to critique and following thru.

Imagine my surprise to find out they bill you with the rate of an outpatient hospital, which means you get slapped with a huge deductible. In this case it isn't my insurance's fault, OSU Wexner let me know they bill ALL imaging (including a simple xray) separately, which means your insurance will apply what you owe to whatever deductible you have on your policy. Stay away if you need an "urgent care" appointment. I don't know how they get away with being so misleading.

RIGHT when you walk in there were concierge to advise patients where to go, which was nice. Not expected, but nice to have! Check in was on the first floor and was pretty quick! Then I headed up to the floor where my provider's suite was, there was a second mini check-in to advise me on how far down the hall to go to the appropriate waiting room. Wait wasn't long, the rooming process was pretty efficient and the visit was great! Excellent provider and very happy! LOVE the facility, parking was very adequate. There was plenty of spaces right up front to park and the traffic wasn't crazy in the area nor was it in the facility's lot. Not sure if that's because the facility is new or maybe due to it being an outpatient building... not sure. Either way, great experience! Start to finish was under an hour so that was super great!

I probably got helped, my depression was/is situational, not chronic, so it's hard to tell. BUT this place is run terribly. I got charged $3200 A DAY, when the average place is 740-2000 a day. For this price: *The food was yuck. Out of 6 days, 3 meals a day, they had maybe 5 good meals. And I am not picky. The ones that were lived on cereal. *They don't even give you a plastic knife, but sometimes serve chicken breasts or a pork chop? I ate with my fingers. Come on, people, did you ever hear of a cook book? There are recipes for cut up meat! *The cafeteria was filthy. I actually asked for a cloth and wiped the tables down. And the same stuff was on the floor day after day. I think they are under staffed. The food line took so long that the last people only had about 15 minutes to eat. *The rest of the place was very dirty too. One big clump of hair was out in the main atrium for 4 days at least. I took a used towel, wet it and wiped our room all along the walls where you could see the dust piled up. *We had the overflow from the detox ward and the psych ward. There were some really crazy people. Which is scary when both men and women are in there and you can't lock your doors. *My roommate went to bed early one evening. When I came in about 11:00pm I was standing by my bed in the dark, in T shirt and undies when the door opens and a GUY and girl start to come in, shining a flashlight at me. He backs out and she says "There's going to be a guy coming in." No, he ALREADY was in. So they come in and spend 8-10 minutes shining a black light all over everything. They woke up my roommate, who was sleep deprived. Why couldn't that have been done at 8:00 or 9:00? And check first, before a guy comes into girls' rooms! *There were no balls or sports equipment, besides about 30 of those baskets with a handle (like lacrosse sort of) and a broken whiffle ball. $3200 a day and no football, volleyball, a ball for 4 square, chalk to draw hopscotch, nerf balls, hula hoops. The pictures show treadmills and exercise equipment. Nope. Never saw any. *30 minutes for visits?! Twice a week?! When some people drive an hour or more to visit? * The place has a very high ceiling so sound echoes. If you are in rooms close to the TV it is impossible to sleep before 11:00pm. White noise would help but the heater/AC only runs every 20 minutes and just when you are getting soothed to sleep it shuts off. And when they come in to check on you every 15 minutes the opening and closing of the door wakes you up. How about curtains in front of every door? *I was really pressured to stay a couple days longer. They even told me I could be taken to court! I was not in my room, curled up in a ball. I could name everybody there and was at therapy and walking laps and doing puzzles, etc. But when I saw how much they charged I understood why they wanted me to stay! I really hope they work on the cleanliness of the place, and the food.
