Bill Solano (the owner), Andy and the entire staff were gracious to my wife and did a great job blending paint (pearlized white) on a 16 year old car. This is not the first or I'm sure last time we will use Dublin Auto Body. You can trust this nice people. read more

I have taken my car here to get work done twice now. Both times the work was done well, the turn around was very fast and the service was phenomenal. I received text updates on the progress of this latest repair which I found helpful. I'm fact, that's how I was notified that the work was done ahead of schedule. The shop handled making arrangements for the pick up/drop off of a rental car as well. Everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient which always makes things better. read more

My brand new Cadillac SRX was rear-ended after just 2 days of owning it. My insurance located Dublin Auto Body near my home. Dublin Auto Body setup the appointment, got me a rental to pick me up and took care of my car. The fix was great, my car looks brand new again and they were on top of everything. I got status updates on my car, the services were super nice and professional. Thank you Sue and Andy for taking care of my visit and my ride. I definitely would recommend this place, very pleased. read more

Thank you, Bob and Chris! Very friendly guys! You put a brand new side mirror on my Prius with unbelievable price. I got my car washed like new. This was my first time to go to body shop by myself. My husband was so proud of me. read more

I was driving my husband's car on the freeway and something hit the roof and shattered his sunroof! I had an appointment at a salon near Dublin Auto Body and asked them what I should do about the shattered glass before I head back home. Andy, the manager, took a look at the damage and offered to have one of his guys clean up the glass and tape it down so that I can drive my car back safely and not worry about more glass flying off. They let me relax in their office while I called my insurance agent and the kicker...they would not let me pay for their kind service! They were very helpful and made me feel more at ease about the fluke accident. Andy is also a big GIANTS fan...so it just proves he's good people. Thank you guys sooooo much, and i'll be sure to recommend you to anyone that needs auto body work. You guys saved my day! read more

They did an excellent job and delivered the car before time.

My Insurance Company recommended Dublin Auto Body and I am glad that they did! My car was hit while it was sitting unattended in a parking lot. There were lots of scratched and a large dent on the drivers side of the car. And of course no note was left. Ugh! I could tell this wasn't an easy fix so I called my Insurance Company and they set it all up with Dublin Auto Body. I dropped my car off and four days later is was ready to be picked up. Not only did they do an amazingly good job on the scratch and dent, they also detailed the car inside and out! My car looked awesome! I highly recommend Dublin Auto Body for your auto body needs. read more

Used Dublin Auto Body for years, and they have always done a great job. They have been very personable and helpful even when it didn't translate to an immediate work order. read more

We are very happy with the service at Dublin Auto Body. Our only 1 year old Prius got some dents and scratches on the side body of the car. My husband brought it to Dublin Auto Body and got it taken care of nicely. The auto body work was excellent and communication has been pleasant. It seems like we got a brand-new car back and the process was pretty stress free. read more

Great customer service. I thought I had a scratch on my car but he removed it. Very honest! Thank you so much!!!

Been a customer of Dublin Auto Body for over 30 years. Had to take my 2008 Lexus ES350 in for extensive body repair after being rear ended on 880 by a semi-trailer container truck. No injuries, but over $7,700 in repairs. The crew, led by Andy, did a masterful job of repairs. The car looks like it came off the showroom floor. Bill & Pam have always treated us honestly and fairly. My two sons & daughter have also been their customers with the same satisfactory results. I have also referred Dublin Auto Body to my friends and neighbors over the years with complimentary feedback. read more

I went to Dublin Auto Body for a body repair on my car. My experience there was great, and all positive. Bob, the estimator, was very profesional and Bill, the owner, was very nice and honest. The body work they did on my car was great and flawless. I highly recommend them. Thanks a lot for a job well done! read more

This shop has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a body shop. They were great about providing a realistic estimate, took care of setting up the rental reservation, kept me up to date on the progess of my car as needed and then cleaned the car fully once the repairs were completed. The repair work was exceptional and not only that I was impressed that they took the time to review the work and helped me to understand how to take care if the work in the first 6 weeks. I will definitely refer all my peers to this shop and it will be my "go to" shop. read more

I was very nervous that my BMW would never be the same! I'm extremely particular about my car ,it's the only car I've ever wanted to keep longer than 2 or 3 yrs.I crunched the front end. My father in law trusted these guys so I did too. When I got my car back WOW! it looked like she just came off the showroom floor. What a great job! Now fast forward 2 yrs., yes 2 yrs. My car started to have an issue with the coolant leaking . The week after my warranty expires BMW tells me I have a crack in my radiator. That's a new radiator ..not good. I called Dublin Auto Body and asked if there's a warranty , I was looking at $1,000 in repairs at BMW. They said yes bring it in no problem. They even talked to my insurance about getting a better part. They didn't charge me a cent. Great shop, HONEST people. read more

You know you have found a good auto body shop when they - have email instead of just phone!! - call you with updates, even when you have not asked for an update!! - apologize for delays and actually pay part of your insurance deductible as a way of saying sorry, we admit that took a bit longer than we thought it would, but we wanted it to be done right!!!!! - tolerate your two fussy, tired children AND your brand new dog sniffing all over the guest waiting area!!! These guys run a top notch shop. I'm glad AAA recommended them to us and I will do the same!! read more

Great Auto Body shop. Andy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when assessing my car after a minor accident. He wasn't pushy or trying to be a salesman. When I decided to bring my car back for Dublin Auto Body to perform the work, they immediately called Hertz to pick me up so that I could get a rental car. Summer who works the front desk at Dublin Auto Body emailed me updates about the status of my car every couple of days which was greatly appreciated. When my car was completely repaired it looked better than before my car accident. Dublin Auto Body was nice enough to take care of some minor aesthetic issues on my car without charging me for it. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have auto body work done on their car. Knowledgeable Great Work Friendly Staff After they were done my car looked better than before the accident read more

I had to take my Benz to fix a small dent that I got while backing my car, few weeks ago, and my Automobile Insurance suggested Dublin Auto Body and I am glad they did. All I can say is they are amazing, (and I am wowed) from calling and setting up appt. to working on the car. The car was ready when they said it would be done. They washed and vaccumed my car before I picked up. Danielle at the front desk is an awesome person to work with. and Andy Nyugen runs an honest place. read more

I was in an accident resulting in significant damage to my car that I had just bought a year ago. The staff at Dublin Auto Body, did an outstanding and exceptional job fixing my car. They consistently kept me informed of how things were progressing throughout the process of repairing my vehicle and the auto body work was flawless. It looks brand new. Not only did they repair my car, they washed the outside and cleaned the inside! I am in a business that requires me to drive 700-1000 miles a week. I know that if I am in need of any body work in the future, Dublin Auto Body will be my only stop. Thank you, Dublin Auto Body for everything! read more

We can't say enough about Dublin Auto Body. No one can match their customer service. Thanks, Andy.

AWESOME Service!! Andy, manager was able to fix the broken spring rods in my Honda Accord trunk. He did it "on the spot" even though the shop was busy. I appreciate his quick service and highly recommend Dublin Auto Body for future auto body work. Happy Holidays to Andy and his staff! read more

The owner Bill is a great guy he went above and beyond to fix my car. And when he was done he found a water leek and took it in to a shop to have it looked at and let me know my water pump was going out. The only bad thing I have to say is they have a man who works in the office who is VERY RUDE. read more

Oh my gosh! What nice guys! Someone scratched my car in a parking garage. The owner and his 'detail' guy polished out the scratch so that I can barely see it. So nice! No charge! If I ever need an auto body shop (and I hope I don't!) I'm coming here.. Thank you!!!! Great customer service :) read more

I brought my wife's 2012 Mercedes to Dublin Auto Body on the recommendation of a friend. Their quote was the lowest of 4 that I received and 40% lower than the second lowest. Had they not been highly recommended I would have taken it to another shop because I place quality above price on anything I purchase. I picked it up yesterday and I'm 100% satisfied with the result. The entire staff is friendly and professional and they finished the job on schedule. read more

I took my Chrysler Sebring convertible to Dublin Auto Body to have the convertible top window replaced (the previous one had shattered). They were very easy to work with. My insurance appraiser gave me a quote for the job, and they did the job for that price. No haggling, none of this "if you use insurance, it will cost you more" garbage that I heard from another place. All I had to do was pay my deductible. Work was done in the number of days promised, and the quality was perfect, no issues. Highly recommended. read more

I brought my corolla here after I rear ended a truck, the hit was really bad! Andy was super nice and addressed all of my questions and concerns! He was great the whole time and I felt super comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. My car was almost totaled, but surprisingly, Dublin Auto Body came through and fixed my car, and it looks brand new! They went above and beyond making my car super clean & shiny! They were super fast and everything was done exceptionally well. On top of that, my copay was cheaper here then the other shops I've been to! I've been to several auto shops for previous accidents and this place is the best I've been to so far. Great customer service and quality work. Andy and the team exceeded my expectations! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends (: read more

I went back in July 2012 to have my front bumper replaced. They did an EXCELLENT job once again. Highly recommended. Love Bob!

After aa SF muni bus ran into my rear view mirror, and a very bad experience at another body shop in San Ramon, a relative referred me to Dublin Auto Body. They were friendly, courteous and quickly ordered the replacement part and had it installed the very day I took the car in, even making room for the work in a busy schedule. Superb service, patient, fair and just all around excellence. read more

OMG. Run, don't walk in the other direction if they try to get your business. This is the biggest rip-off ever. They are dishonest and scammers. The owner is like a sleazy car salesman but once they get your car, they will try and add everything they can to the original quote. Terrible and awful experience. read more

This is the absolute worst place ever! The do horrible work and rip you off. They tried to keep money for a part they never even ordered. I agree with the other review of Run, don't walk in the other direction. NEVER GO HERE!!!! They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Dublin auto body is by far the most incompetent body shop I have ever come across. The quality of their work is less than suboptimal. They kept my car for over a month & it still was not right, I had to take my car to the Mercedes dealership in Pleasanton so they could clean up the mess Dublin Auto body left. A few months later another problem came up & Dublin auto refused to address it. They are in the process of being sued by me. Don't trust them. read more

I recently had my truck rear-ended and took it to Dublin Auto Body based on the suggestion of my auto insurance company. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. The girl at the front desk even took care of contacting the rental car company and got the ball rolling on my rental car. I was in and out of there pretty quickly and was surprised at how easy and painless the process was. Because there was so much damage to my truck, they had it for four weeks, which was longer than I originally expected, but I know very little about cars and as far as I was concerned, they could keep it as long as they needed to get it all fixed up. I did have a rental car during that entire time and they were good about keeping me updated on the status so it was not an inconvenience to me at all. When I picked up my truck, I was happy with the work they did. I had to have the camper shell replaced because the damage to it was so extensive, and I was beyond happy with the new one. It was matched up almost exactly to what I had before and you couldn't even tell it was a replacement. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I hope there are no more auto accidents in my future, but if the need for auto body work ever comes up, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dublin Auto Body. read more

We thought we had a 2 foot scratch on the side of our car. We went to Dublin Auto Body and asked for an estimate. The manager, Mr. Nugen told us it wasn't a scratch that it was road tar! He used a tar remover and removed the "scratch". Thanks for being so honest! He could of taken us to the cleaners, but didn't. read more

As good as it gets! Nothing more needs to be said!!!.......now, if they just did home repair, life would be perfect

Where do I begin? A leading body shop put me off for 3 weeks, Bill took the car in 2 days. His team and organization define professionalism. They did a superb job on the repair, Bill took time to shuttle me home, and handled the insurance side perfectly. They get customer service! Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Would give them 10 if I could. It usually is unfortunate circumstances that bring you in, however you are very fortunate to have chosen Dublin Auto Body. Not only do they do fantastic work, but the people in the office are terrific. read more

Recently our brand new car (2016 GMC Yukon, fewer than 900 miles) was parked on a local street and struck by another vehicle traveling at about 25 mph. Our insurance recommended Dublin Auto Body as one of it's preferred body shops, so we decided to go with them. We had zero experience with vehicle body work, so this was all a little daunting. The damage to our vehicle was not insignificant. The back of the Yukon was really crunched up and it wasn't drivable according to the police officer who was on the scene. Also both wheels on the right side of the vehicle were damaged from being pushed up onto a curb. Right off the bat RayAnne (front desk) helped me get our vehicle transferred from the tow yard and offered assistance with our rental car. The same day once the Yukon was delivered, we were able to go down and meet Andy (manager) to review the damage and discuss a course of action. He was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Within several more days we had our estimate and work began moving forward once we gave our approval. Dublin Auto Body was very clear on the extent of the damage, which parts would be easy or more complex, and gave us an approximate timeline and of course an estimated cost. From there we simply had to wait. Whenever we called or emailed for an update Rayanne or Andy would get back to us right away. We were never in the dark or wondering what was happening. A couple of the parts for our vehicle were difficult to source, but they were able to track down everything to bring it back to it's original, pristine condition. Our total repair time was about 5 weeks. When we picked up our vehicle everything looked exactly as it had been, thankfully. We've had it a week now and have had no issues. Andy was very clear that if there are any issues at all to call him right away, but we do not anticipate any. We're really happy we chose Dublin Auto Body to repair our brand new vehicle and would definitely recommend them to a friend in need of auto body work in the Tri Valley. read more
