Had a very different experience than the last reviewer. I took my recently purchased pre-owned black car here to see if I could have just hood repainted and matched to the rest of the body (there were a lot of small paint chips missing), etc. I half expected the answer to be, "no, there's really no way to match the paint on the rest of your car, it will cost you $$$. To my suprise, Bill the owner, and an estimator, took a close look and told me it could be done and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from the original paint. After only two and half days (they estimated it would likely take 3-4 days) they called and said it was ready. The hood looks perfect, yet at the same time matches the rest of the car perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the result, as my car looks new. I hope I don't need any more auto body work in the future, but if I do, I've certainly found the place to go. read more

Dublin Auto Body does it again! Just took my 2013 BMW 3 series in for some damage done caused by freeway debris. My car looks incredible and they got it back to me a day sooner than I expected. The complimentary wash and detail was much needed and all of my steering wheel grime is totally gone. I was not expecting that! As an chronic lotioner my wheel was pretty bad. I've had some work done here before (great work) so when I stupidly caught my car on a curb and nearly tore off a mudguard from my Infinity sedan I stopped by. I was there right at closing and explained what I had done. They looked at the car and said 'no problem' fifteen minutes later they had realigned the mudguard and invisibly secured it from below. A replacement screw I think. Anyway it's as good as new, and no charge! When I need body service I'll be back. read more

We had our insurance company towed our car here because we got into a car accident. The other car turned right on red and hit the whole right side of our car (almost like a t-bone) and the driver made us do a 180 and hit into the curb. We had damage from the back passenger door to the bumper (we drive an explorer). I don't remember the guys name but he called saying that the damage isn't consistent with what he was told. He said it looks like a sideswipe and the lift gate is damaged from a separate accident. When we told him the full details of the accident he argued with us and said no, that's not what happened. How the hell are you going to tell me what kind of an accident we were in? We got our car out of there and took it to Mikes. I don't know why you would argue with a customer who was the victim of an accident about the details of their accident. Poor customer service and a very rude employee. read more

I had 2 options, Dublin Auto Body or Parkway. I ended up choosing Dublin Auto because their customer service simply won me over. After I chose them, it was all downhill. It seems that once they know they got your business, they throw customer service out the window. My car was quoted for 3 days, I didn't get it until day 5. The thing that pissed me off was that I had to call them to get the update myself. When I called to ask what's taking so long, Bill or Bob, yelled at ME and told me I shouldn't be involved. 1. It involves me because it's MY car in the shop and I have to pay extra charges for the rental. 2. I am the customer....IF anyone is doing the yelling, it should be me, NEVER the business. He also yelled at the insurance person as well. The repair to the car was decent but the whole experience was horrible. read more

Bad customer service! I had an accident and bring car to this auto body shop. I was very disappoint the way they treat to customer as me. When I came in they did not even stand up to shake me hand, they sat on their table around 10 feet to front door and ask me question. They even dd not want to answer my question. Bob, the claims adjuster, stopped what he was doing, brought some car wax out to the parking lot, and buffed out the scratches out of the goodness of his heart. Worst place to bring you car! I've brought my car their twice. The first time they forgot to instal a new fuel gauge inside the fuel tank. The second time I brought it there they gave me three different completion dates, I didn't get it back until the 4TH day they told me it would be ready. They added on extra parts to the original quote, forgot to order new head lights for the car, which set it back even farther. They took 2 days to instal them too! My dad installed them in 1 day without a lift!!! This is just lazy. And to top it all off they left a bag of WEED in my trunk. It was in the spare tire compartment. I got my car back, and it smelt a little off. I thought it was the cleaning solution so I aired it out. By the second day it was just getting worse. That night I was putting my groceries away in my trunk and I got a HUGE whiff of skunk, ie WEED. I searched all through the trunk and didn't find anything. The next day I decided to dig deeper, that is when I found two ball things of weed in a larger quart size bag. This was the most inappropriate thing I have ever experienced. At least now I know why they do such a crappy job, and why they work sooooo slow. If I could give zero stars I would. One is a compliment. read more

just got my car back from the shop after some work was done.. they didn't hook up my windshield washer properly and i can't clean my windshield. my right turn signal blinks ridiculously fast now, while my left remains at the same speed.. i'll be calling them and taking it back to fix this problem. i'll update again afterwards **UPDATED*** took my car in, they fixed it no problem.. had to head all the way out to dublin but it was free and fast! read more
