The 2025 stay was flawless. This has been our normal stopping place for 2024 and 2023. Very easy…read moreon/off of I-40. I always re-confirm our stay several times since we got lost in their system one year. Our Class A rig is overall 58' with the dolly and we require one of the two pull throughs. We go out the same way we come in via a turn around at the end of park. The Park is usually full the times we have been there so make reservations far ahead. We leave a message most of the time and he always has called back promptly. We will continue to stay at this quiet and picturesque park.

I believe this place is somewhat new. First off, the owner(Gary) is so accommodating, we called…read morelate at around 430 pm to check for availability, initially there wasn't but he called us back after several minutes and was able to accommodate us, which was awesome! The place is simple and unassuming. Just a plain open, flat land. There's a huge, flat lot of dirt and gravel before you enter the fenced area, I believe this is for boondockers. Once you enter the fence, more green space with trees. We arrived around 745pm but still received a warm welcome from Gary, he's funny and you can just tell he's such nice guy(love his accent!). I felt at ease in the area, it didn't creep me out at all. It was such a peaceful, quiet night. Woke up to a bright, sunny morning. There's small pasture in the middle of the RV park with a dog playing catch with a man and a baby, so nice! Nice morning start. I also noticed a tent in the camp this morning. Overall, great stay, will definitely boookmark this place.

My husband picked this campground online, and wow did he nail it. It's fantastic. Just $25 a day…read morefor the small RV section, and that includes free electricity, water, and gray water dumping right at your site. Black water dumping is available at a designated area. The highlights for me were being near the water, and the absolute gem of a camp hostess, Melissa. When my husband checked us in he said, "She's really friendly," and a few hours later I met her myself and had to agree. Plus, I got to meet the camp kitties. Shadow, the all-black mini panther, totally stole my heart. What a sweetheart. The campground was very quiet and peaceful, with free firewood and super clean bathrooms that are ice cold, which was a total win on a hot day. The showers are free and in great condition too. The entire park is tidy and well maintained. It's a dry park, so if you're planning to enjoy a cocktail by the fire, just be a little stealthy and bring a cozy. Civilization is about a 15-minute drive away, but still dry... so plan accordingly. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Cyclists have to use the paved trail so walkers and dog walkers can rest with ease There are restrooms at every pavilion. The park also has playgrounds, shelter, a campground and forested hiking trails. The best thing for those with dogs is the dog jumping pier. My dogs had a blast on the warm day we were here. There is also a dog beach.

Pat Kelley the owner got so intoxicated he kicked us out then forgot the next day he kicked us out…read more My packages I sent to our rv said they contacted Pat Kelley to ask which rv we were at and he told them he didn't care and to send the packages back if they don't know which rv it was even when they told him the number. It was my debit card. My debit card was stolen because of Pat Kelley. My 2 packages were missing because he told them it wasn't his business on which camper we were at, they asked if they could drop it off at the main office and him give it to us. He refused and said it's not his problem so they put it at a random camper hoping it was ours. Pat Kelley is the worst human on earth his wife is the only nice one she makes the rv park enjoyable. If she wasn't working with him we would have left a long time ago. And there was a boil act where you can't drink the water for the WHOLE TOWN and they never informed us so I got sick off of the water. They are now charging 900+ for a rv spot and we only paid 500$ when we were staying there. So happy we left. Don't recommend. She even said the cameras are on 24/7,,, they aren't they are motion sensor they just lied so we would buy the spot. I would rate it 0 if I could.

Excellent stay! I stayed here during the King Biscuit Blues Festival and enjoyed this RV Park…read more Mr. Kelly is very helpful and will help you back in your camper and get set up! Pat is super nice and although the sites are pretty close together it's not bad at all. Plus the park is clean and it's easy to find. Give Pat a call and he will help you with directions and you will have no problems finding the park.
