The day I was there maintenance was there and said they are there at least twice weekly. The place has statues with period clothing, antiques and TVs which post upcoming events. This is by far the absolute worst pigsty I have ever stayed. I did not know places could look this bad. I didn't expect much from a Days Inn, but I expected a lot more than this.
