Suderman's gave a much more competitive price and only repainted the fender. They touched up the TINY scrape on the bumper by hand (this was my preference). My sense is that they do try to do a good, honest job. Most everything I've taken a car in for has been fixed. However, sometimes, I've had to take the car back again because the job was not complete. So inspect carefully for a few days after you get the car back. They will pick up and deliver; have loaner cars available. Less expensive than dealers. However, it is very important to get a precise estimate from Sudermans first before proceeding, and instruct them to call if they find anything else that needs fixing to give an estimate before proceeding.
