It was all a big mistake how I ended up at this corner of the world. My daughter being a big kid now, loves this store. We found all kind of earrings and beyond. To mini pocket saints to crystals. How about that? If you are looking for a gift this is your shop and her prices are reasonable. Not cheap but not expensive. I hope and I wish them the best of luck w this really smart virus aka C19. Parking around the corner in the residential area zone, neighbors are nice. Love this shop! read more

Lovely lovely good witch vibes. Grateful for the fun and friendly goodwill. I actually didn't even need to physically visit the store or purchase anything. Just from a single phone call, i received more than i could have asked for. read more

Wonderful store with wonderful staff! Very responsible with social distancing and hygienic practices. If you touch something, just keep it in your basket and it will be sanitized and cleansed afterwards! Loved the aesthetic and relaxing atmosphere of the shop. You're immediately greeted by the wonderful scents of the candles they have lit at the entrance. There are a lot of metaphysical items ranging from crystals (cut & uncut), candles, incense, etc. Everything is labeled and the crystals and gems have their purposes and meanings written on neat little cards. I also really liked that everything is ethically sourced (definitely key!). Jenn was super helpful with all of our questions and was nice enough to give us general advice for people who are just starting out. Love the details and honest frankness she gave us. Very easy to understand and relatable. Definitely stop by ! read more

New location, new personal experience, same amazing service. Really like the idea of booking a time and just having it to myself, Jennifer is amazing at making it an experience to come and enjoy the location. Really enjoyed my reading with Rachel as well. Overall a nice change of pace from rushing in to a store getting what I need then rushing out. read more

I stopped into this metaphysical shop located in South Pasadena a few weeks back. A good friend mentioned we had one in the neighborhood, and I came in to browse. I usually frequent Alexandria Book Shop in Pasadena or the House of Intuition in Highland Park. I love the energy inside Dual Crossroads. It's smaller in comparison to the other shops but they have a good variety of crystals, a tarot reader on hand, sage wands, oils, incense, sand, herbs, and more. There's a tarot reader in house and it's by appointment only. However, if the reader happens to be free you can come in and grab a reading on the spot. They have a variety of different prices available for different times, but I believe I saw $33 for 15 minutes. If you live local and are in the area looking for supplies, this is a great shop. Looking for parking? They have a free underground parking garage across the street. read more

**THIS REVIEW IS FOR SOUL PORTRAIT READING WITH SPANDA MAKT** As someone who has dealt with psychic hotlines, cold readings and just scammy duds when it comes to psychics/mediums I have to sing and shout Spanda's praises. I first met him August 2021 for our 1st reading. I showed up with questions and seeking direction about my path. I was completely blown away by what he said about me. There were personal details he brought up that no one else alive would know-- things not even my family or romantic partner would know. Those deep secretive details. I never felt judgment for mistakes or things I regret from my past that he picked up on. He had a wonderful bedside manner (? Lol is that what we'd call it?) and never made me uncomfortable. He was also gentle and caring when I had to stop to cry for a minute and compose myself when he connected to Loved Souls who have transitioned to the other side. I don't have much posted on my FB or IG besides lame memes and food pictures. After our session, I googled myself on several search engines to see if he could get my details from me or my sibling on FB. NOTHING he mentioned is online. It was so surreal and surprising to test his gift and see that he 100% did reach my Guides and Loved ones. Remember this: he is channeling what the Guides are letting him know. He's not a mind-reader nor can he change your future. Go with an open mind and heart and receive the messages he shares. The audio file is also great tool to listen to months later to see progress or pick up a reminder he gave you. I also recommend framing your soul portrait and coming back to it as a reminder of who you are and what's to come. Spanda's gift is real and I highly recommend him. read more

This is a great space! I'm not sure how we've never been here before, but I'm so thankful to have found it. The space itself is very open, inviting, soft music playing in the background and so much to look at, and touch...my wife and I just fell in love. The woman working was so nice and friendly, and didn't seem to mind that we were there for awhile. Like I said, there's lots to look at...different crystals, books, jewelry (which were all so beautiful), and lots of homemade items. The candles especially were amazing. I'll be honest, I've had some health issues recently. Our reason for even coming was to look for a few crystals to help with the pain and discomfort I've been feeling. We were only there a few minutes and I felt so much better. I felt no pain and was completely relaxed. It was AWESOME! We walked out with a bag full of goodies and we're extremely happy with our purchases. Ohh and you can bet your booty I'll be back to take a class on how to make jewelry, or join the hike and trash clean up. read more

It was my first time here and I'm already impressed. The vibe is calm and peaceful. I imagine with the sale of incense, sage, and the like, it should be, but I really felt relaxed. Then again, I believe the owner was burning something when I walked in the store and that might have put myself at ease, LOL. I wanted to purchase just white sage but as I looked over, I saw even more goodies to choose from: different variations of incense, sage bundles, and candles. I decided to go with a sage bundle and the owner (I forgot her name!) took the time to show me how to use it and what it was for. It's the customer service aspect that really makes me appreciate small businesses because they actually care what you're purchasing instead of pushing a product on you and be like whatever. I do recommend this place. Even if you don't buy, just stop by and get a whiff of the ambience. read more

When you enter the purple door, you enter a truly special place. Then you meet Jennifer, who is like a professor of history! Jennifer was a sheer delight to meet, so helpful, and knowledgable. She has a strong focus on ethical practice and resourcing- you will not be misled or oversold. Just charmed :) If you want to build your practice, or have no idea what you're doing and need a place to start building a spiritual/mystical education- this is a glorious place to start. Will definitely be coming back and signing up for her classes. Lots of variety with very reasonable pricing for high quality goods and treasures! Truly I feel there is something for everyone. read more

If there were more stars to give I would definitely give Jennifer all the stars!!! She's absolutely amazing and the shop is equally amazing! When you walk in you're welcomed by the serenity of the wonderful garden, the energy and atmosphere are so calming and safe! I've been a customer since finding Dual Crossroads in South Pasadena. There is always a great selection of beautiful jewelry, crystals, incense, candles and all the amenities you need. What are you waiting for?! Stumbled into this store a few years ago and it's been a point of reference ever since. The gems are priced so affordable, making it your only needed crystal shop. Every employee is so sweet and generous with information and help. Even with restrictions of shopping; they have made it easy to get crystals online and have it for same day pick up. I ordered custom candles and they came out wonderful. Will be making another order next week!! read more

Always a pleasure to go into the shop. Everything they have there makes you feel good inside. The crystals are a very large part of the store which is beautiful to see. South Pasadena is lucky to have this gem of a store in the community. I discovered this place while searching for a crystal class. It turns out that this class was their first-ever workshop since the shop's opening almost a year ago. Jennifer, the owner, explained that they are currently expanding their workshop menu to include mommy and me classes and meditation sessions. Perfect for a community like South Pas with its myriad families and overworked parents! Jennifer showed us several crystals and explained the properties of each. Then, after choosing our crystal, Kelby showed us how to wrap it with wire to make a pendant. What made this class extra cool was when Jennifer set up an altar and lead us through a short ceremony to personalize our crystals. She had also offered us wine and cheese as we worked on our pendants with new age chanteuse Enya's music playing in the background. It was a fun evening accentuated by Jennifer's wit and hospitality, along with Kelby's patient instruction. After the class, I had a chance to browse the shop. I liked the eclectic selection of items: art, clothing, candles, jewelry, journals, sage bundles, incense, books, and cute Halloween decorations. The location is fantastic: it's right by the Metro Gold Line station and in the heart of the Mission District which is always fun to explore. I liked that Dual Crossings isn't a hardcore new age or spiritual shop. It carries plenty of metaphysical things for sure, but also lots of mainstream, kitschy, and humorous items which makes the shop very approachable. For someone like me, who tends to be uneasy with anything too occult-y, it was a comfortable place to be. read more

Very friendly staff however it is extremely overpriced for the same quality you can get elsewhere. Cute store but not worth it.

Pleasantly surprised in finding this space. Apparently they've been here for awhile, my how time flies! I need to update my destinations to include including Dual Crossroads. Very friendly staff, pleasant, open environment with a good selection of pocket rocks and more dressed up stones and minerals. A small book selection and a space for readers, guides, and the expected find of someone to help you with figuring things out through metaphysical means. As a casual reader that may be enough for you to get the thumbs up and go. As a more, what's the word, "choice" reader you may be wondering about the levels. Some spots in the SoCal area pursue a good image as a models for Crystal Stores, but lead with a bad pattern of management, sad employees, or a tacky veneer of "love and light" while peddling a rising up story and taking your money. I know crystal suppliers, authors, book distributors, publishers, and most major and local vendors for herbs, and many local herbalists, healers, readers, and stores/store owners. Integrity is important. It stinks to walk into place with a suffering staff and an overlord boss, and/or tacky products and high prices. This is not one of those places!!! love! Dual Crossroads looks and feels good and the woman who helped me had a genuine light in her eyes. The prices, which I cross-check, were where one would expect them to be resale, and tho I would wish a few more kinds of books --I've yet to inquire-- from folx I know and purchase from regularly, I foresee that it would only take a nice inquiry to see that I can buy from who I like to read, at a local place to support the business. I look forward to being a more frequent patron, places like this, A Love Bizarre in Atwater Village, are the few in my local area (NELA) that I know I can really trust with vibe, intention, and selection. Brava Dual Crossroads, you satisfied a choice Witch with the space you have created. Great and friendly staff and reader. Great offering of your vision. read more

My God I don't know where to start! Jennifer is just AMAZING!!!! She is not only a very nice and sweet lady but she is so sensitive.........the best description I could think of to describe Jennifer is that she's a Psychic! She asked me questions about my past I had NEVER EVER told absolutely no one, not even my wife ! Actually I had forgotten some of those things till she asked me! My tears literally rolled down my face! Yes, a 214 pound-man, very strong and tough just broke down in tears for what she sensed from me! She's a very very unique person and I now just to feel her beautiful positive energy I plan to come to visit her often to enjoy from her great presence and amazing energy! Sarah was also a super sweet lady with an great energy as well! Overall was a shocking experience in a beautiful way! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! read more

I found this spiritual shop on Yelp. There aren't too many spiritual shops in the area, and this one was conveniently located in South Pasadena. The shop had a little bit of everything--sage, incense, crystals, lots of books, and even T-shirts with funny sayings! The owner Jennifer was there, and she was very welcoming, nice, and personable. She asked me questions about what I needed, and provided me with ample attention to talk to me about my needs. As a business owner myself, I appreciate it when owners are sincere and take the time to learn about their customers so that they can help them with their needs. I think that's what I liked most about this shop. It shows that they care about their customers and their needs, and that's why I think this shop deserves a chance, more business and a 5-Star Review! :) read more

Jennifer, the owner is so friendly and very attentive. She will help answer any questions you may have. Come in and buy over $25 and win prizes. Yes it's incentive to buy more, but the prizes and gift bags are cute. I won a gift bag with bubbles, Easter chocolate, and a choker! Yay! read more

So, I like to seek out different spiritual types of shops in SoCal. I came across this shop while on such a hunt, and I gotta say, I wasnt disappointed. Mainly because of the type of variety this shop has, because it doesn't feel like it excludes people who arent into "witchy" things. It offers alot of Used Books of varied types, ALOT of really cool clothes, and really interesting artwork (I asked, and some is even made by the owner herself). As per more of the spiritual stuff, I tend to prefer handmade things as opposed to mass-made items. This place had a good selection of sage bundles, jewelry, and hand bound leather journals. From my general observation, this place seems to want to support local artists of different mediums, and that is something i can really appreciate. I recommend giving this place a try, as i could see it being a staple within the community. read more

I found this little gem while scrolling on the internet and felt that it would be the right fit for what I like in a shop like this right away. I love the neighborhood already, street parking all around is a bonus. I came in for some sage and a little guidance- but took one sniff of the Midnight Forest candle and stayed longer (and of course picked it up as well). This shop just feels safe, if that makes sense. I believe Jennifer was the lovely that helped me out today and she was full of great advice and was not at all pushy in the sales department (double win!). I look forward to utilizing my new goodies and returning. read more

I was looking for a place to get incense, and after seeing the reviews I felt this was the place for me. I haven't done the spiritual healing in a long while and I knew I needed a place where I could possibly ask some questions, and I got that and more here. Lets just start on the fact that as soon as I walked in felt this incredible calmness come over me, something I sure needed at the time. This place was great had everything I wanted and lots more, the owner was very nice and took the time to explain to me the items I had questions about. I found the incense, a burner and even a book. I walked out with such a great positive feeling and I couldn't wait to get home an light my incense and start on my book. Thanks again for the help. read more

I'm not really one to shop at a spiritual shop but this place is way more than that. You can find pretty jewelry and sweet knick knacks. Prices are good and service is wonderful. It's also a welcoming and safe space for our high and middle schoolers. Shops like this one are difficult to keep alive in an expensive city like SouthPas but shops like these are part of what makes SouthPas unique and charming. Come shop here! We don't need another Starbucks! read more

This is such a marvelous store full of so many good gift ideas and cute jewelry. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to crystals or their various properties, but Jennifer, the owner, is a walking encyclopedia and does her best to find (and provide) exactly what you're looking for. I actually rented out a space here for a book signing and was so pleased with the space and the amount of foot traffic I got, I sold out of my books! Plus, everyone who came to see me was so impressed with the inventory that they all stayed and bought more from Jennifer. They are homemade and she also let me know that when she made this candle for happiness. I was also looking for a rose quartz pendant and unfortunately she did not have any but she was very sweet to saw that she would make me a handmade wired necklace with a raw rose quartz which shows she wants to help you.
