I've tried several nail salons in the area (mostly Lake Stevens) and was surprised to find this gem was highly rated in Granite Falls. I'm more of a pedi person and get manicures for special occasions only. My two requirements for a good pedi are: 1. A solid foot and calf massage that isn't quick and wimpy and 2. Actually doing the work to remove my calluses (of which I have many, thanks to wearing flips flops 24/7). RV Nail Spa delivered on both counts! That massage was pure heaven and the nail tech (Rose) really got into the muscles. I chose the mid-range pedi at $50 (not the basic one ($30ish?) and not the high-end one ($70) and she also massaged with warm stones. She noticed I picked a color where the sample nail had a handful of coats on it, and mentioned it was pretty sheer unless I wanted a bunch of coats. Because I have weak nails, I was grateful for her advice (it would never dry with that many coats) and I was happy with a similar color that she chose that wouldn't need more than two coats. As another reviewer has mentioned, I almost didn't write this review because it might make it more busy for when I go next Being new to the area and having tried two other nail salons and been displeased, I have now found my nail salon! Apparently they do great nail art and I can't wait to try that out as well. FYI because I always like to know before going to a new salon, 1.Even though it says "walk-ins welcome," don't make the trek and get disappointed if they're booked - CALL FIRST 2. They accept credit cards and you can use your card to tip 3. They have WiFi 4. They have regular nail polish in addition to all the gels/dips, etc. One nail salon I went to in the area had ONLY gel and didn't tell me, even when I asked to see their non-gel colors (found myself getting gel painted on and it was too late and I didn't want to cause a scene). read more

I've been to this salon twice now and won't be back. The first time I wrote my meh pedicure off because they were really busy and I was walk in with no appointment. The second time I made an appointment for a friend and I, they were double booked the whole time I was there, scheduling appointments on the half hour even though a pedicure is supposed to be 46 minutes. People were sitting with their feet soaking for at least 20 minutes, we weren't even able to have our pedicures at the same time even though we had appointments at the same time. There was no services menu, she just asked me if I wanted a "30 50 or 70". I went with the 50 which she said came with all of the products - pedicure was rushed, no scrub, barely any lotion or massage. Nails cut and polished ok. Your tip options on your way out are 25, 30 or 35% so that was the icing on the cake. read more

Wow.... Just wow. I haven't gotten a pedicure in ages and this was pure heaven! My gal literally rubbed my legs for a solid half hour. Even included warm stones. I got the RV Deluxe Pedi for $50 and feel it was worth every single dollar. My toes look amazing and I'm ready for the sunshine this weekend. Getting in was super easy, too. Had been going here for the past few months & things were ok until last visit. The lady ( i think the owner) who I had a scheduled appointment with ran late and did not apologize, she was in such a HUGE rush it was ridiculous!! She had the drill on so high that it was burning my nails, she left bubbles in my polish, did not put a clear coat on and now my nails are chipping badly a week later. I also had an eyebrow wax scheduled, but she just moved along to the next person and did not even mention it. I will not be back, that was horrific. read more

They rushed me on my nails from the moment I sat down, didn't listen to the shape or length I wanted for my birthday nails. All I got was a simple full set with white tips, and they charged me 60 for it , and for a simple gel French tip on my toes 50 and my toenails are uneven and one side has a thicker French tip then the other. I'll admit they are friendly and nice, but the quality of their work is exactly why I drive to federal way or Seattle to get my nails done. I wanted to have hope but I left crying my eyes out and 110 later and they thought I should tip them more then I did . So yeah if you like having short clunky uneven nails go here. read more

for the money spent I did NOT receive the services I was offered. everything was very " half ass" I would say. I've lived in a lot of different cities & towns, with a very diverse financial prices & i was charged $125 for two warm rocks on my legs, towels that went cold quick, half ass nail polish. a manicure that I got NO polish with. & eyebrows & lip done that caused welts on my face when I've never experienced so getting waxing. Have seen this place for a while and just haven't had the time /money /Covid break to stop in. One of my daughters was up for a visit and we wanted an all girls day with her sisters. I called to see if they could accommodate 4 of us last minute, and they did (within an hour). My girls rolled out of bed, legs unshaven, and we headed over. Vivian was very welcoming and got its all in our pedicure chairs with the massage going and nice warm water. She explained the different pedicures and we decided on the $50 one.... And I'm so glad we did!!! My feet feel AMAZING.... absolutely like silk! As someone who went to beauty school and did pedicures... I always feel bad when my feet are exceptionally rough. Vivian was so sweet and efficient without making us feel rushed in any way, or like our feet were disgusting, or legs were too furry... Lol Really felt like we were getting the full treatment. All 3 of my girls and I feel like we have whole new feet! There was another lady that helped with pedicures (since there were 4 of us) but I didn't catch her name. For starters I have gone here 3 times for a full set. The first two times I saw the male nail tech who is amazing and incredible. He also told me he gets one day off a week which I thought was odd but oh well. And he wasn't pushy about designs and had a great conversation with me. He also did a few things to help my nails last longer since mine grow out fast. They don't offer regular polish only gel and it's PRICEY. 60$ for a full set. Today I go in and a lady does my nails she didn't bother to clean off all of the leftover gel I had I have spots of previous color. But worse is she charged me 20$ for a nail design that looks so beyond awful. I went in for a fill and ended up spending 55$. She pushed me to get a design and I saw her nails were very beautiful so I thought she would do a good job. I am mortified that she charged me 55 dollars. I have no issue tipping 10$ to the male tech he doesn't the best job ever and he deserves more days off he has a family and is really nice and sweet and likes doing nails. The other nail tech literally kept talking to another girl cut me in the process and complained of nail powder going everywhere. I tipped her 3$ and she laughed. Recently went there for a manicure, pedicure set for two people, an bought the foot cream they offered which was $40.00 per bottle. Due to the pandemic happening there prices had a very high increase. I understand it cost money to run a shop an pay workers an get new stuff to set up for the requirements to open back up for business. But it's not fair to the clients that come in, that are happy to support and help local businesses. Get a half done job for double the price. Only to have mine an the other clients nails break off the next day. Lesson learned stick to what you know an who you know no matter the pandemic. $340.00 is too much way to much for two manicures an two pedicures. Yes with shellac normally runs me $150 with tip for 2 people at my regular place. Don't get me wrong the lady an her husband were very pleasant but over booked, job half done,poorly done,understaffed,and rushing clients does not give a good impression.
