I would love to be able to give this company a higher rating than just 3 stars, because in many ways I believe they deserve it. The were always very responsive to my calls, and answered all of my questions. I felt their pricing was very fair. I had no issues getting the controller switched out when it didn't work as expected. They got the job done very quickly. However, the one issue I have is that the piping was not laid as deeply in some places as it should have been. I saw them dig the trench, and it appeared deep enough, but there were several places in my yard where I know that the depth is going to be an issue. They did come back and bury a small portion of the pipe where it was sticking up. However, I have since found at least 2 other areas where you can see it on the ground. I have buried one of these myself. It makes me wonder if I can see at least 3 issues, how many more issues there may be where the pipe is not deep enough. If I ever want to get my yard aerated, I am going to have real problems.
If you do decide to use this company, just be sure they get the piping buried to a depth sufficient to allow aeration in the future. Otherwise than that, they were a good company. read more
