Disappointing experience!! Bad customer service!…read more The young man at the cashier had a hard time taking my order as he kept repeating that some toppings are not free though I was willing to pay extra and I did...then when I wanted to pick out my 4 free toppings I don't know what his problem was but he just didn't want to do it and so he let me only pick out 2.... Additionally, the table I picked out to eat at was dirty and when I went to go ask him to clean my table he kept me and my family standing as he went to clean every other table except ours...mind you there's no one else in the store.... As well he did not bring the food to our table...I had to get up and get it...and still there was no one in the store...I don't see why he couldn't bring us our dessert... I spent 20 bucks here and the 8 mini churros sundae was actually pretty good but the vibes were not it!

Food is not overly greasy (in terms of fast food standards), and tastes pretty good. Love the different hot dog buns they use. The popular frozen custard is good but nothing I'll go out of my way to get. Prices are fair. Good place to give a try but not somewhere you need to intentionally seek out.
