I had Mr. Beaulieu repair part of my roof. He answered my call promptly, showed up on time as promised, and did the work. Perfectly, and more than a fair price. It was done on time just as promised. Totally satisfied. This week, it appeared my roof was leaking again in a different place. Again, prompt return call, and he came out quickly, climbed my roof and checked it out. He was a bit mystified as the roof appeared to be fine, yet water was pouring into my garage and through my bedroom above. He had no idea what was going on as the snow had melted already on the roof. But, he came back two days later to check it out again. This time he went up to my bedroom as well to see if he could figure out what was going on. He is pretty sure a pipe was cracked over my garage and this is why the water just keeps pouring in. He called a plumber FOR me, and had them call me back (within 30 minutes.).
