As a home owner I have contracted with many companies and have had my share of heartaches and disappointments between bad work and unreliable people. My waterfall had a leak inside the rocks after snowmageddon a few years ago that caused the water to drop significantly when I had the waterfall turned on so it has been turned off for over a year as the leak progressively got worse. After talking with Ivan at Got Construction, I knew he understood the issue and I scheduled the repair with him. He and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would, which is not common for many repair companies. They did an outstanding job with minimal tear out and now my waterfall is working exactly as it should. I was super impressed how fast his guys completed the work, the aesthetic quality of the work, the communication before enduring the repair was outstanding and it was a very fair price! I will definitely be calling Ivan again for all of my home repair projects and or renovations! It is so hard to find good and ethical people these days and Ivan is the best!
