I went to Justin's years ago and they always took great care of me, i couldn't have asked for…read morebetter service. The main reason for this review is because he takes such good care of my parents anytime they have a problem with their vehicles. My dad raves about coming here because he feels that he's treated so well and it means a lot to have someone be fair to them in a business where a lot of ppl can be taken advantage of. The work is always quality and honest, my family has went to Justin's for about 7-8 years without hesitation, I'm so grateful because I live in Texas and know they're in good hands. Thank you Justin's, the Webb family truly appreciates you and to have my Dad's approval is saying a lot about your work, integrity and character.

So I was referred to this mechanic shop, after the auto cosmetic guy I go to, was fed up of finding…read moreways of getting my tail lights back on. OMG!! To fix a taillight on a Pontiac Vibe is pretty much hells on wheels! I made my first appointment; however, I was not able to wake up on time last Saturday. Instead, bobby, the mechanic and owner, had me come in today. Again, I could not make it on time (no it is not because I like to be fashionably late!) I ended up coming in at 10:30 a.m. and he started working on my car at 11:30 a.m. Man was it a journey! He fixed. I sat there watching t.v. in the office. He worked. I sat there watching t.v. at the office. He worked. I sat there watching t.v. in the office. He broke a sweat trying to use process of elimination on the wiring and I strained to watch the t.v. It was a fight to no end without either end giving in. OMG!! Finally, after 3 and a half hours, he finally got a spike out of my car. The tail lights were now working! Of course, this was all labor intensive, but he made me a good deal. He cut an hour and a half labor to work on my car and so the total was $159! (This is also were I thought to myself "DAMN SON, MECHANICS MAKE BANK! After hearing doctors and lawyers make $50/hr.!) Now usually in situations like this, I like to tack on a tip (throw money at people); but I am bat crap poor right now (probably because I eat out enough to do reviews on Yelp, 50% of my income). I am so poor, even California's debt, would be an improvement. LOL! I paid the bill and now I am street legal, at night, again. YAY!

An important part of choosing an auto repair shop is trust. The folks at Auto Pro have earned my…read moretrust. They consistently provide excellent service that is above and beyond expectations. Their estimates are very fair. If they discover additional issues, they call and fully discuss the issue. They offer options and give the chance to select what will be done. The service is friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Auto Pro.

My first and only visit to this shady establishment. I went in to get a tire plugged cause a nail…read morewas in it. A simple repair that took almost 2 hours b/c the mechanic broke my wheel stud taking the tire off. A $15 repair I went in for turned into a $78 bill. I was never told what was happening until I went to the desk and asked what was taking so long. All I was told was he broke the wheel stud and it was a $6 part they never mentioned they would charge $43 in labor. This should have been covered under the shops bonehead insurance. I don't know any master mechanics that would charge that much to put on a wheel stud on and I doubt there were any there. The young man who did the repair looked very young, probably no higher than an M3 mechanic did all the work while the other 2 mechanics sat on their ass in the office. I could hear them bad mouthing other customers who hadn't paid their bill yet. Even talking about a man who's wife had cancer and they basically called him a liar and were laughing about turning him into collections. When my tire was finally done the mechanic up front with the beard was rude and didn't offer much help just excuses why it wasn't their fault. Juggling my keys around with his greasy hands then scratching his head with them. At this time I was so mad I paid the $78 and left as quick as I could before I lost my mind on this guy. Customers BEWARE this place is shady as it gets. Take your business to tire discounters or somewhere a little more honest.
