I accepted the estimate, he came out to see the job (Brentwood to Concord) and after my re-construction he did the drywall work 2 or 3 weeks later. In the interim he was sick for a few days and emailed info with his phone number in case I wanted to reach him. He slipped the job one week. I have found in the past that some small job contractors run across a bigger job and don't show up. Not so here - dave appeared at exactly the time scheduled a week later, and did the work in three days as he described up front. Dave works smoothly, deliberately and precisely. He measures, cuts, and installs sheet rock as though he is building a custom kitchen cabinet. His workmanship is exemplary, he leaves no mess, and sweeps up on leaving for the day. He is punctual - exactly so - and his pricing was substantially below one other quotation I received. A pleasure to work with, this guy is a TEN.

When they completed the work (supposedly) we could see that the work was notdone by professionals. The cracks they attempted to repair were more obvious than before the work was done. We needed work done in several rooms & none of the repairs were good but the work in our living room was what we were most unhappy with. We called back & asked them to come out & inspect the work & determine if this was the best they could do. The owner came out & promised they could get it right. They rescheduled to come back out & spent 2 days reworking the living room which was the worst of the rooms. They finished the work a second time & left before the paint was even dry. Of course, they did not come back to reinspect the work & when the paint dried it looked even worse than the first repair. Also, they left overspray everywhere in our living room. It was on the red brick fireplace, the walls, trim, painting on the walls, windows & concrete floor. Luckily, they did cover most of the furniture & some of the floor but the tape they did use on the concrete under the work area pulled up the concrete stain. We have never experienced such poor workmanship & apparently, they are not interested in satisfied customers since we had to contact them several times the first time, they did a bad job to get acknowledgement & no one has inquired about the redo to see if the job was satisfactory this time. It absolutely was not satisfactory, but the bill has been paid so now we have to find another company to repair what this company messed up.
