They had no coverings for their feet (I had to give them trash bags as they refused to take off their shoes). They had nothing to protect my hardwood floors from being scratched as they drug their hoses up three flights of stairs, so I offered a throw from my couch (they later grabbed another throw and used both to mop up residual water). They also damaged our floor boards as their hoses rubbed up against them. We sent them photos of the damages the same day but they said the damages could not be attributed to them. As for the actual service...way overpriced...almost $500 to do 3 rooms and our quote on the phone was $99 total! They were in our home for less than 45 min and every stain has reappeared! We asked for a 50% refund which they denied, offering to come out again...but I did not want more damage to my home.
