Owner Tim was contracted through Costco to install our new wall oven/microwave and dishwasher…read more First of all, he was AWESOME! Tim saw on line our appliances had been delivered and reached out indicating he was available to come right over which saved us a bunch of waiting around time due to the delivery window of 3 hours. We thought our whole day was filled with waiting for delivery first and then installation. Tim arrived and greeted me professionally and took a quick look at the work to be done. From start to finish, it was less than an hour and a half. Throughout, Tim was engaging without being distracted from his work. Careful with our counters, cabinets, flooring and other appliances, and just an overall really pleasant person to have in our home. While he didn't have to make any alterations to our existing cabinetry, I can only assume his work would have been excellent. I was very impressed with his ethical standards. In our conversations, he mentioned an experience he had with a prior customer who had purchased an appliance that wouldn't fit the space they had and when they tried to coordinate a return, the big box store refused the return and told them to find someone to sell the brand new appliance to, rather than making it right for the customer. Tim told me he stopped contracting with that big box store after that because they didn't put the client first. That impressed me. Veteran owned, professional, courteous and just a really nice person. If you need appliances installed, check out Roundhouse Installations. If you purchase appliances from Costco, ask for Tim to install your new items.

Was connected to RoundHouse installations through Costco. The installation was quick, clean,…read morethorough and professional. It was recommended to install a plug instead of hardwiring the appliance. The fee was reasonable and accurately explained beforehand, and invoicing was quick and easy. When we ran into electrical problems (which ended up not being due to installation, but rather was due to external factors that were NOT the fault of RH), I reached out and asked if they could come take a look. They came out the next day (less than 24 hrs after I initially texted), found the issue, and fixed it. We are so pleased we are planning on using them for future projects. Given a choice for installations, we will always choose RoundHouse.

10-Star Service! My…read morehusband and I had our house up for sale, and during the inspection, some issues were found in the crawl space. We received three quotes for the repairs, and One Speed Services stood out immediately. They were fairly priced, incredibly informative, and professional--so we hired them. They handled a large, labor-intensive job for us, all while working around a very tight schedule with our buyers. The scope of work included containment and removal of contamination, installation of a new vapor barrier, rodent exclusion in the crawl space, replacement of a damaged vent termination, and installation of vent wells around the entire house. The technicians showed up on time every day, dressed in uniform, and arrived in company vehicles. They were clean, conscientious, and respectful--never leaving behind a trace of debris. During the project, there was a brief miscommunication. We contacted the office, and they had the owner, Chris Gage, personally call us. Even though his technicians were fully booked, Chris rearranged his own schedule and came to our home for several hours to resolve the issue himself. That level of service is rare and incredibly appreciated. Chris and his entire team went above and beyond to accommodate our timeline and made sure their work did not interfere with the sale of our home. We couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend One Speed Services--true professionals from start to finish!

Cody did a great job troubleshooting and remedying slow heat up and recovery issues on my fryer…read more Yelp sent my project to several handymen, one of which, (with 100+ reviews), asked for pictures, the model, which I provided, and then simply responded with 'we don't service that model'; I had indicated in the request that there were no proprietary parts nor electronics that needed servicing, but Cody was the only one that responded with any indication that he knew how to fix the issue. He was courteous and professional on arrival, and sounded like he knew what he was doing. After performing a leak test on both ends of my gas hose, he suggested the issue was likely the large amount of rust that had built up around the connection point and offered to clean it and re-season it. He spent a couple hours cleaning and polishing it and several days after maintenance, I am pleased to say that my oil heat up time has gone down from 2 hours to about 50 minutes; he also explained how and when to perform the maintenance going forward, and recommended the tools and products to do it myself. A+ job, give Elite Era Appliance Solutions a shot!
