They were efficient, kind, helpful, thorough, and explained so much. We were given before and after pictures of everything they did. I had called probably 2 months prior to our arrival at our home in Dunedin. The day prior I…read morereceived a text confirming my appointment that I had totally forgotten about as I didn't put it on my calendar. They told me the tech would text me 30 mins prior to arrival and my window was 8am-11am. I received a text from Angel around 9am and he and the other tech were at our place in 25 minutes. So far so good. I showed/explained our unit and Angel began a pretty intense inspection of our ducts/system with pictures. He advised the condition and what he thought would be a good plan. He didn't pressure or try to upsell anything, just advice. I believe if we went with the standard straight forward duct cleaning he would have performed it in the same manner. We chose deep clean and sanitization as our vents did have construction debris (YUP) way down the line as well as other things we saw in the pictures that we felt should be done fully and sanitized as well. They were extremely efficient and you didn't know they were there other than the hum of their tools. Start to finish took maybe 90-120 minutes and he showed after pics of each vent/return. At the end he gave us advice on our filter, pointed out an air gap from the installation that I took care of as well as pointing out that our outdoor unit MAY have a fan issue. Called our a/c guy and it certainly did!!!! We will DEFINITELY use them for future cleanings.

We recently had Bowersox replace our AC and the adviser suggested a 4 ton air handler with a 3 ton…read morecondenser because we were just below the square footage for a 3 ton, but wanted to maximize the air movement and the 4 ton air handler has a larger fan and larger coil assembly. After two weeks, we're running the AC at a full 2 degrees warmer than we used to and are still as comfortable as can be! On top of that, the unit is only running 9-12 hours a day! And that's in the Florida summer! We even added a supply and return for the enclosed Florida room on the west side to keep the temperature in there reasonable. Everything went so smoothly! The County inspection was even nothing at all. We could not be happier with Bowersox and will continue having them maintain the unit.
