We had another contractor who initially looked at the project but follow up and communication was horrible so decided not to move forward. This is when I was referred to Jason who in turn handed me off to Torrie in his office. I explained to Torrie that I needed this project managed from start to finish with minimal direction from me as I no longer lived there and was extremely busy at work. Torrie and Jason took over this project and took it off my plate completely. She communicated when necessary and got me involved only when crucial decisions were neccesary as I requested. He dealt with insurance and handled all of the paperwork and headaches that come with that. The whole team was professional, prompt, and did incredible work. I highly recommend Torrie, Jason, and the rest of the Restore Remodel Renew team for any of your contracting needs. A top notch team in a space of many to avoid. Thank you all for your hard work!

I don't know where to start. I was selling my 85 year old mother in law's condo in Boynton beach…read more I am in NJ so I spoke to few companies. Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. As an owner of 2 businesses myself it's a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can use my name and number anytime for a referral Thanks again Bobby B 11/16/2021

I have contracted Secure Restoration Services (SRS) two times in the last five years, and will…read morecontinue to do so whenever needed. First of all Zach, the owner, and his entire crew are a joy to work with and the quality of their work is impeccable. The first time we hired SRS was for a complete gutting and remodeling of our town home. Me and my wife were presented with an estimate and a time-frame for completion. We decided to move forward and the project was completed within days of the estimated date which is remarkable considering the scope of the project. We could not have been happier with the outcome. The second time around we hired SRS when we needed to remodel our first single family home. Once again there was a lot of work to be done and without the guidance and help from Zach it would have been overwhelming. Work completed ranged form building a new concrete patio, complete exterior painting, electrical work, plumbing work, interior paining, floor removal and new marble floor installation, building closets and removing and installing new drywall etc. We also had some mold remediation from a roof leak that SRS handled for us. In addition and in the middle of the project we also encountered a minor flood in the house from a leaking dishwasher. Zach's crew was there quickly to prevent further damage. Zach also assisted us with all the communication that followed with insurance companies and inspectors etc. It is hard to find the right contractors and trusting in a company is very hard at times. However I am glad to have found Zach and his company. I consider his company not only a great company to hire, but also consider Zach a good trust worthy friend. So if you ask me, I would recommend Secure Restoration any day. Thank You Jonas M

Any bad plywood on the roof was replaced with new wood. They were very thorough and efficient. New tiles were stacked on the roof. No heavy trucks were used on the driveway. No damage to property. JEFFERY IS NOT A LICENSCED CONTRACTOR. PLEASE CHECK THE LICENSE # BEFORE HIRING HIM. I hired H T…read moreConstruction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my foyer, living room and dining room area. Jeffery came to my home and installed my vinyl flooring. The floor cracks when I walk on it and the planks are not properly locked together. Also, when I walk on the floor, I stump my toes because the floor is so poorly installed the ridges from where they are supposed to join are raised off the floor. I tried to resolve these issues with Jeffery with no resolution. Jeffery was rude and constantly talked over me and made it clear that I did not know how a floor should look, and I did not know what I was talking about even though I have laminated flooring in other parts of my home. Jeffery also told me he installed a FLOATING FLOOR. FLOATING FLOORS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, MY FLOOR. It would not take a professional contractor to look at my floor and know it was installed poorly. My advice is run do not walk away from H T Construction. All of the hype you see on their website; not true. They will take your money and not do the work correctly. Also let me add I requested a breakdown of my PAID invoice and have not received that as of this date 07/27/2024. The room painting was done poorly; painted the air conditioning thermostat and vent, window chain used to open and close the verticals. Did not tape off anything just painted. I was also charged for an electrician that never came to replace and check my electrical outlets. Two floor installers showed up to do the floor installation; one was a young man who looked like he was still in high school and did not have any idea of how to install flooring. Jeffery told me maybe the flooring was defective. When I questioned him if the floor was defective, he should have seen that as the floor was being installed and not installed the flooring and I could have retuned the flooring. This was another attempt to shift the blame for the poorly installed flooring to something or someone else. H T CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC
