They removed the old tiles & the paper under the tiles down to the plywood and took away the old gutters also. They were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any bad plywood on the roof was replaced with new wood. They were very thorough and efficient. New tiles were stacked on the roof. No heavy trucks were used on the driveway. No damage to property. Overall I was very happy. Eddie or Pablo were in contact with me if I had questions. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company if you need a new roof, they were excellent!

Once they opened the ceiling, it was obvious that the leak was not repaired. The roof repairs are the responsibility of our HOA. So I had to call the HOA again before the repairs could continue. It took another 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. At that time I called Madruga's and informed them that I was now ready to complete the repair work. Within a week they were out here and completed the repair. They did a great job. Were very neat and very helpful replacing all my "stuff" that had to be removed initially. The only reason why I didn't give them an Excellent rating is due to the fact that I asked Orestes (the owner) for a receipt so I could send it to my insurance company. It's been several weeks and several promises but still no receipt!

Don't make the same mistake we did and waste weeks and thousands of dollars with the wrong company. Jeff, Gretchen, and Team are experienced, professional, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. In just 8 weeks, they completely gutted the inside of our home and then magically turned my dreams into a reality. Gretchen, the designer and project manager, made sure all my requests were fulfilled and then some. She had the perfect balance of supporting my ideas but also interjecting when things needed tweaking. Jeff, the general contractor, ensured all jobs were completed with quality material and skilled workmanship. I was so impressed with how everything flowed from Demo Day 1, to ordering materials, to coordinating painters/plumbers/electricians/carpenters/etc. to the final days of completion. They gave me no issue when I changed my mind on things (had them re-do living room paint bc I didn't like my 1st choice, had them exchange bathroom mirrors bc I didn't like my 1st choice, changed my mind how I wanted the kitchen island and they ended up just giving me the shiplap for it etc.). Lastly, I have to say they were excellent communicators; an attribute it seems like so many businesses lack these days. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them. They are good people, with excellent work ethic. We will 100% be hiring them again in the future when we do an addition in a few years.

Their communication and responsiveness to all our our questions and concerns was absolutely outstanding right from the beginning. The project was a major one and needed to be completed and what seemed like an impossible timeline. My wife and I trusted Paradigm One with our home as we left town while they were completing the project. When we came home, we were absolutely FLOORED with how amazing everything turned out!! Sure were there little things that weren't perfect when we arrived home(most of them they pointed out to us before we could even see them), but they stayed on it and made sure they finished and made everything perfect!! We are so happy that we choose Jeff and Gretchen, they are not just a phenomenal contractor but also just truly amazing people!

I don't know where to start. I was selling my 85 year old mother in law's condo in Boynton beach…read more I am in NJ so I spoke to few companies. Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. As an owner of 2 businesses myself it's a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
