I don't know where to start. I was selling my 85 year old mother in law's condo in Boynton beach…read more I am in NJ so I spoke to few companies. Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. As an owner of 2 businesses myself it's a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can use my name and number anytime for a referral Thanks again Bobby B 11/16/2021

They work directly…read morewith your home insurance company for billing and authorizations, and know all the insurance language and requirements. They also contract with another company to do the testing, and them taking care of this is invaluable - before and after. They also are licensed to repair a/c's, and since our problem originated in our ac, their remediation plan included replacing the a/c landing structure as well as cleaning out the a/c parts and ducts after the remediation had finished. Talk about thorough! I signed a contract right away, especially because they only took their cost from the insurance company; they were confident they'd receive it, so there was no cost for myself. I felt so comfortable with the gentleman who came out to our home to inspect our damage, give us a quote, and explain their process. During this time, he went above and beyond to explain things repeatedly, and even to look at my home insurance policy to point out things I didn't know about - such as the living expenses allowed during this time. This info was invaluable! I would 100% recommend this company, as well as use this company again. Now, some constructive criticism and feedback to help the company improve! When I went to contact the gentleman who came out to our house, I could not find his card with his name on it in the folder he had left. The folder just had cards for the other owner. The gentleman had said he was part owner, but when I went on to their website, there is no mention of him, _at all_. I found this very strange, and then more strange that the website has 3 different main phone numbers for the company - this also seemed bizarre, like... who was that guy and what the hell did I sign?! Please consider updating your website to reflect current employee names, positions, etc, to make it easier to identify and thank them.
