I took my truck into their shop after getting a check engine lights scanned at o'Reilly's. the…read moreengine light was for an o2 sensor. The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

It terrified me because we recently moved to the area and I didn't know of any reliable mechanic shops to help me with this and I can't be without a car since I work a distance away. John was incredibly friendly and responsive and thorough in his work. He made sure that everything that needed to be done was fixed in a timely manner and he even caught an oil leak that he fixed no problem with everything else. He also had incredibly reasonable pricing and he literally saved me from having to get a newer car and now I feel that I have a few more years with my beloved Acura. Thank you thank you thank you, John for everything. I can't begin to explain how much you helped. He also was very detailed in an easy to understand way of everything that he fixed and not once did I feel like he was condescending or taking advantage of the fact that I don't know a lot about mechanical work.
