This time I went without my husband to purchase a new Honda Accord. I was ignored for over 30 minutes! When I finally went back in for a salesman he treated me like I was stupid. I told him exactly what we wanted and he again asked if my husband would be happy with the color? 1st car I've bought from this dealer and will certainly be the last. first of all I called about a car I seen online to ask if it was at a certain lot and if it's available. I was told yes to come by in 45min. 35min drive there and I'm told it was just sold. We found something else we liked so we start the finance process, we sat there for well over an hour staring at the wall waiting for the dealership to do their job. $16k for a 2020, I did not Jew them down or even attempt. needed something reliable for my wife. so then we are told to go to the main store to sign papers. again we arrive and just sit there. 45 min sitting staring at the wall waiting. only one key came with the car and I was told go get a new one from this guy for $250. Also it had a keyless entry on the driver door. They were absolutely no help to get a passcode that is unique to the vehicle. I was told to go to ford dealership and pay $55 for a code to be able to use the keyless entry. when I asked if the dealer would cover the cost they laughed. I overpayed for the car from the start. from the factory it comes with remote start, but we can't use it because the key does not have the button on it. I was told to pay for the app to use remote start if I did not want to pay $250 for a new key fob with the remote start button. I've bought vehicles from other dealers and they were not perfect but nothing like this place. Go somewhere else. We are so happy with our purchase from Roper Honda!! After our parents bought three cars from Roper we thought we'd see what the hype was about. They were low pressure and our buying experience was painless. We had an issue with the vehicle but the extended warranty was well worth it. Sometimes used cars have small things that break, be sure to get that extended warranty. Their Warranty Forever covers the big stuff, but you need the extended warranty to cover the little stuff. Will never buy another vehicle from them again. Have purchased multiple vehicle from them. Recently bought a 2022 Honda Civic. When I picked it up there was a scratch on the trunk. They scheduled me to have the body shop fix it. Took them a week. When I got it back. One of the doors had been hit, there was a dent in the roof, one of my wheels was damaged and the work they did on the trunk looked bad. Called for over a month trying to get ahold of someone and get it taken care of. Finally was able to get ahold of someone and they said they will not take care of anything except for the spot that was repaired. To Whom it May Concern: I am not one to write reviews. However, after today's service appointment I am beyond livid... I truly love my 2019 Honda Type R, but a few things (simple things) cannot be ignored or forgotten. I am here at the Roper Honda dealership getting an oil change, tire rotation, etc. and cannot help but notices almost ALL customers and 50% of staff are wandering around the dealership/waiting room NOT wearing a mask! I understand, but do not agree, that you may not want to offend someone/customer(s) by asking them to wear a mask... or even making it mandatory for entering the dealership. However, at the same time, you are showing other customers that they are not important which is more upsetting. So, my question is did you do an economical cost-benefit analysis and decide you are better off not upsetting customers by NOT making masks required vs. losing a customer that will never come back because they they feel lack of respect for their Heath and Safety. Online you say OUR safety is extremely important and you have taken many steps to sanitize, etc. but, you know what... the CDC says one of the easiest and most effective ways to prevent possible COVID spread is to wear a mask. Especially, when the service technician is in my vehicle. Wearing gloves is not good enough For 6/7 months I have done my part to prevent the spread of COVID in AR and MO... which is hard, exhausting and inconvenient. But it appears Roper Honda cannot take the extra steps to keep customers safe by simply enforcing masks... especially with staff that closely work with customers. Keep in mind, many of US have conditions that are dangerous or life threatening and getting COVID... not ideal. I asked Siri for the nearest Honda dealer and gave them a call. Michael answered and said we could bring it right in. He was so friendly and helpful. I have never had this bad of an experience at a dealership service center. Had my car for four days and still didn't fix what I asked them to. Needed the driver side door to lock and unlock with the key and key fob. Took them four days to order the parts and still didn't order all the parts they needed. Told them what it needed from day one and each time I asked about it they acted like it's the first they were hearing of this problem and it started the process all over again. Terrible communication as they only called me once in four days. Told me they'd call me back four times and only did it once. Pretty sure if I hadn't called them repeatedly they'd still have the car and have no clue what it needed. I will never voluntarily give them another dime of my money. WOW. I NEVER thought I would be saying this about a car dealership, but THIS IS A BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY, the likes of which I have never seen. We purchased a used car from Roper Honda in Febraury of 2019. At the time we were told it had not been in any accidents and a Carfax was provided showing as much. Flash forward to May 2020 (15 MONTHS later), and we decide to trade it in at another dealership. We are stunned to be told that it had indeed been in an accident, according to Carfax. We were hurt, dismayed, and felt completely misled. BUT, to our UTTER AMAZEMENT, Roper Honda (who it turns out was NOT responsible for the originally erroneous Carfax report) has gone out of their way to make it right. They...TOOK THE CAR BACK and REFUNDED OUR PURCHASE. I am still in shock. I never in my wildest dreams imagined a dealership would step up like this. If you are looking to buy a Honda, or any other car on their lot, THESE GUYS HAVE EARNED MY PROFOUND RESPECT. If there was a way to give these guys a "negative" star rating I would. These guys should be ashamed of them self. My son & daughter in law purchased a car from these guys. They have had this car at the dealership for service repeatedly. The garage hard wired the fan to a resister and now the fan is burnt out, the check engine light is on, the ABS light is on after they repaired a wheel bearing and obviously damaged a sensor. The people that work at this garage, in our opinion, are very dishonest, very uncaring, and really should be ashamed of themselves. They take advantage of people when they need the help the most, and it is an awful thing to do. Never EVER buy anything from a dealership with the "Roper" name attached to it and certainly NEVER EVER take something to one of their garages for service.
