If I could give zero, I would. I had a terrible experience with Dry Clean Super Store and will never return. We brought in my fiancée's $650 dress the day before leaving for our Marine Corps Ball, and they returned it ripped with distressed fabric marks. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately tried to blame us, claiming we bought the dress already torn. When we showed them photos of the dress before drop off in perfect condition. They switched the story and said it must have been a "manufacturing issue." When that excuse didn't work, they blamed us for supposedly selecting the "wrong service," despite the dress having clear care instructions on the tag. The dress was supposed to be pressed, not thrown into a bag with other clothes and run through what looked like an industrial wash. I expect professionals to read labels and handle expensive garments properly especially formalwear. We were left with a ripped, damaged dress 24 hours before our event, no solution, and no accountability from the business. The whole situation was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable. I dropped my wedding dress off at this facility May 3,2017. It wasn't ready for pick up until August 17,2017. My receipt has a "ready by date of June 3,2017. That's more than three months. Given the fact that they had my dress for more than three months I excepted my dress to be returned in near perfect condition... unfortunately, that is not the case. There is still a significant amount of mulch and grass in the dress. There seems to be a an ample amount of dirty in the sweetheart neckline. I am extremely disappointed. Not only in the lack of customer service and the timeline but the quality of their work is non existent. If the dress turned out perfect I wouldn't mind it taking three months, or the fact that they didn't have the boxes in stock to store the dresses or the fact they they never called me to give me an update. In the end, go elsewhere for your expensive gowns. This place doesn't provide the attention to detail that's required to care for the most important dress you'll ever wear. read more

I am extremely upset with my clothes I got laundered at this store. I took several skirts, things I wear for work, and they returned them to me with pins attaching them to the hanger. I wear these skirts to perform, so I can't exactly walk around with pinholes in my skirt. These skirts have all been shortened to fit me, so in addition to the money spent on the skirts, they have also been altered, more money spent. As it is a holiday I cannot call them to see if they will make it right, but you better believe I will tomorrow. read more

I was skeptical to come here, because there is only 1 review and it's negative, but they were great! I wanted to have my wedding gown dry cleaned here, so I was especially concerned. I called the store to ask about their policies if garments are damaged, and the owner/manager called me back personally to reassure me that the one negative review is not characteristic of their business. I told him I would take a risk and bring my gown there (I had a coupon) and if they did a great job, I would write them a great review. Dry Cleaning/Pressing of Wedding Gown Perfect! I was amazed... not a spot to be found anywhere... I thought the underside (that dragged along the ground) would surely remain dirty, but nope! Spotless and no wrinkles. Also their normal price for gown cleaning is less expensive than other places.. it was about $120 or so for my wedding gown (with a train...plenty of material). Customer Service Okay, but they could use some improvement here. For something as important as a wedding gown, wouldn't you expect them to call you to let you know when it is ready? Maybe that's not the norm, but it's what I would expect... I paid hundreds for that dress...it wasn't a $10 shirt... Alterations I'm short (5'1") and I have a hard time finding pants that fit properly. I'm always stepping on my pants or have to wear uncomfortable high heels, because I am nervous about getting pants hemmed - they usually do them too high! Mr. Jon P., I just wanted to let you know that you had me as a customer, for about 2 weeks. I thought you might be interested in how your Altamonte store is being run. I know if I owned a business I would want to know how my customers were being treated and why they might choose to no longer use my business. I was looking for a dry cleaner because I can't seem to find one who will not put any starch in my shirts. I found your place on line, read all the wonderful comments and loved the fact that you pick up and deliver for no extra charge. So, I called (every time I have called your store the phone rings a minimum of 10 to 15 times) and made arrangements for a pick up the next morning. The phone conversation was very pleasant but I was not provided with any details. She said she would be by in the morning before 10am, because she had to be at your store at 10am. Your young lady showed up and took my shirts. The only other thing she seemed interested in was getting a copy of my credit card. She didn't bring me a bag to put my shirts in, there was no order sheet, she didn't ask how I wanted my shirts done or when I wanted them back, and she didn't offer to share with me what your normal turnaround time was. She literally didn't do anything other than make sure she had the shirts and a photo copy of my credit card. I also thought it was weird that I was never asked for any of my information, like my address or phone number. So, I told her that I would appreciate no starch on my shirts, and I shared with her that I was coming to your store because I was having a hard time finding someone who would not put starch in my shirts. I had to ask her when they would be brought back and I had to ask for bags to put my clothes in. My shirts were returned the following Monday and there was starch in them. The ticket attached read, "light starch". All 4 groups of shirts I have sent to your store came back with starch in them. I am also not very happy with the way they were being pressed. My shirts are returned with wrinkles all down the front next to the buttons and the collars look like crap. This place is terrible. I brought over 150 pcs to their establishment on one order to use their groupon and first order coupon, I ended up missing 3 slacks and had to bring 2 Suits and a vest back to be re-cleaned, and after waiting for the weekend to pick up on Tuesday, the stains on the suits that I pointed out in the beginning were still there as if they never washed it, laundered it or even pressed it. They literally just tag and rewrap the clothing. Never going there again. Refuse to even take accountability for my missing slacks. Terrible service. Shiesty dry cleaning place. Beware!!! read more

I wish there was a way to give this place no stars. I dropped off my wedding dress two weeks ago and was given a date to pick it up. Came in to pick it up this morning and it's not ready. They made no attempts to contact me that it wouldn't be ready. To top it off, she had to ask me what it looked like! I asked for a manager and she said he wasn't there, it was just her. They always have a Groupon deal going on, but even if they didn't their prices are very reasonable. Prompt service and I have never had a problem with their services. I do feel bad for the staff since there is no air conditioning and it is about 95 degrees outside. I don't know how they do it. read more

I leave them my large comforters that won't fit into my washing machine and they come back to me perfect, clean, smelling good and packed in a handy plastic container with a handle. They're open when I'm on my way to work and always have a smile and a nice word when I come in. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WEDDING GOWN! I purchased a wedding gown voucher for this business through Groupon and I had such a terrible experience. I dropped my gown off two months ago and was promised a 2 week turnaround. I visited this establishment 3 times over the past 2 months and was told on each occasion that my gown was going to be ready the following week. The last time I went, I complained to the receptionist and she told me she would call me back that same day after she spoke with the owner. I NEVER received a call back. I was fed up so I decided to get Groupon involved. Only after I contact Groupon was my dress finished. The box it's in looks like it's been reused. Good evening, I dropped off my items with the understanding that they required paint to be removed (it's written on the ticket). I returned to find that instead, the items were dry cleaned and the paint was still in them. The gentlemen offered to dry clean them once more and again, I pointed out the fact that this procedure did not work. I will be taking this issue to the Better Business Bureau and small Claims court due to the lack of professionalism and inability to contact me despite several requests. This is a matter of principle, not money. I was led to Dry Clean Super Store on 436 by a Groupon deal. Despite seeing negative reviews on Google, I decided to give them a shot. I regret taking that risk. I brought 46 pieces to this location and gave them over $120 of my hard-earned money. 3 articles of clothing were damaged, along with others not properly cleaned or pressed. I returned to this store with my damaged pieces and requested the manager, very politely. The young lady (Caucasian mid-20s to 30's) informed me no manager was available but that I could leave my items and return in a few days to see what the manager (JP) would say. Upon returning I was told "there was no way that they did the damages" and the only solution was $50 credit towards a future purchase. I inquired further about the damage and was told that next time we should just hand wash delicate items (what's the point of having a dry cleaner? The clothing was indeed delicate and the tag was marked as "dry clean only") In most dry cleaning businesses, if there was prior damage to clothing noticed by the cleaners, it is procedure to tag the clothing to alert the consumer and protect the business if they indeed did not cause the noticed damages. None of my clothing was tagged and the young lady agreed that they usually tag clothing they they find to be damaged. My 3 articles of clothing was valued easily over $200, and I politely explained that. To make things somewhat even, I requested a full refund (around $120), of which she said she would have to ask he manager JP about. I requested a phone call to update me, and I never received one. I then made another trip to the store to ask for an update since I received no phone call. The same young lady then informed me that "JP has been busy and out of town and that's why he hasn't called". Patiently and politely, I said ok and asked for him to call me, I once again left my phone number and even gave my email to see if that would be easier. Today now marks about 2 months since this occurred and I've yet to receive a single phone call or email. I have voice recordings of each visit after the first one where my items were damaged. I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau and also filing a suit in Small Claims Court. This isn't about the money, it's about principal and lack of professionalism and customer service. Really bad! Took some clothes in for both dry cleaning and laundry service. I was told they would be ready the next day after 5. I came the day after they were supposed to be ready and only the laundry was done. None of the dry cleaning was complete. I came back the next day and only some of the dry cleaning was complete, but not all of it. I came back the next day and the dry cleaning was finally complete. They also had to reimburse me for some of the laundry because they lost one item. Every time I tried to pick up the dry cleaning they would roam aimlessly in the back looking for it. That tells me they are unorganized and overwhelmed. Some of the clothes I had dry cleaned were borrowed. I can't imagine if they would have lost those items. How would I have explained that? Or what if I had an important event and was relying on one of the items I had taken in to be ready? You can't make promises to customers and not keep them. Terrible service up front as well.
