This is my GO TO dry cleaner. They are affordable and easy. I love that they have an easy drive through process that doesn't even require you to get out of the car. Once you're a customer, you simply provide them your name and everything is billed to the card on your account so it is literally drop off or pickup and go. The prices are good. I recently got 1 heavy coat, 1 jacket, and 1 suit set dry cleaned for about $35. I have no reason to go anywhere else! read more

The first company I have ever had call after I've paid for cleaning and dropped off my garments say they didn't charge me enough because it's a Canadian goose jacket and then try to extort more mo ey out of me. Extremely unprofessional and unethical to try and collect more money because I have a name brand coat. Obviously there no additional cleaning required because it's a name brand coat. Definitely don't take anything name brand there, they'll attempt to extort you for additional money. Way to many cleaners to use that won't try and gouge you for additional money after you've paid. I like the drive-through experience at this dry cleaner. Granite they don't have restrooms or other services I can provide a rating for. I can say on Wednesdays is the best value day and they offer a great deal on men's dress shirts Wednesday. I've brought a few things to them to discuss stains and cleaning options and they were forthright explaining their limitations and pricing. I had gone to this dry cleaners for about 10 years. Evidently they're under new ownership and they no longer offer same-day service. That is a big disappointment. The employees did not seem too concerned as it was 8 AM and they would not commit to getting it back to me that afternoon. They did not indicate there would be any exception. It was Tuesday morning 8 AM they said it would not be ready until Wednesday afternoon after 5:00 pm. read more

I am very disappointed with the way they handled a misplaced item. I had given a woolen winter cap that had to be dry cleaned in the second week of May this year (2022). This was at the Metcalf center (roughly 148 and Metcalf). That center incidentally closed over the Summer. So, what I gave for dry-cleaning in the second week of May hasn't been given back to me, nor a a refund offered for the misplaced item. All they do is give some reason so they can just keep delaying taking responsibility. I personally went to the Center several times. I also went to the Olathe center and spoke with their manager, Elaine. They are very cheap in how they handle mis-placements. I had asked for a moderate replacement fee for this cap, which happened to be a gift from my daughter's friend and it meant something to me. I would sincerely warn you about using their service. If things go alright, then no problem. However, should they happen to lose or damage something, they may never own up or compensate you for that. Real cheapsters! It took me a lot to get this disappointed state. After four months, I am disgusted with their attitude. This needs to be called out. read more

Needless to say, my husband's sweater was returned with holes and my son's choir dress shirt was ruined the day before his concert!!! Over half of his buttons were split in half or missing. I've been flying for decades, and have always had my company shirts laundered and starched. Finding a laundry to do this simple job properly is a very difficult task. When I moved to Kansas City, I started with a laundry that simply never used any starch, even though I always asked for heavy starch. I finally gave up on them, and changed to another. In the span of one month, this place lost a pair of uniform pants, and shredded a shirt, then returned it to me on a hanger, as if nothing was wrong. Sheesh. Now, I've been using Dry Clean Super Center. The last time I was there, they charged double for one of my pilot shirts, because it had epaulets. I hadn't noticed the upcharge at that time. When I went there today to drop off, I asked why this would warrant the extra charge. Immediately, she backpedaled, and said that the shirt was dry cleaned (it wasn't), because it contained polyester. I said that basically all shirts were a blend, and I just wanted them laundered and starched. When she said it couldn't be done, I said I'd have to find another cleaner. Without missing a beat, she handed my shirts and card back, said, "Fine" and stormed off. I have never reviewed any product or service before. I want my long sleeve Oxford shirts laundered and starched just like the men get their shirts. They used to charge me the same price charged for men laundered shirts which is cheaper than dry cleaning. Then one day they started charging me dry clean prices per shirt because they said it's a blouse not a shirt like men's. The rationale was some verbiage about the buttons being on the opposite side of where men have buttons on their shirt making ironing easier for men shirts. I'd been taking my shirts there for years with no mention of this issue. I wear these shirts to work so I have quite a number of them. Needless to say I've only been back twice in well over a year because I don't believe it's fair to charge me more money for a shirt that has buttons on the opposite side of a man's shirt. That's gender discrimination!!! The laundered shirts look much better than dry cleaning them. You need to change this practice to include male and female laundered prices that are the same! read more

I wouldn't take anything in there that you a) want back or b) if you get it back, it won't be the way you want it. Customer service is the worst - they act like you're bothering them when you go in to pick up or drop off clothing. I'll pay more to go somewhere else in the future. read more

Let me first say, we have been long time customers of Dry Clean Super Center. With that said, the only reason we have continued to use them is because we typically drop of 30-40 items at a time every 3-4 weeks and they are inexpensive. During this time, we have had 2-3 items that were never found and never reimbursed. We did not ask and they did not offer. I had an orange fall blazer that I got back with a half dollar size ink looking stain on the back that had never been worn. That went unnoticed as I had it cleaned in the summer and didn't pull it out till the fall. We still continued to give them our business due to price. This time was the LAST straw. I picked up our dry cleaning the other day and as I was putting it away, I noticed a black dress made of tencel/spandex hanging on what looked like a men's hanger. They have ALWAYS folded this dress when I dropped it off. This is because if the fiber is stretched out it will not gain its elasticity back (as someone who is cleaning your clothing should know). I also noticed the fabric was slightly pilled and shrunk. I pulled out my receipt and sure enough, they only charged me for 1 dry clean item (I dropped off two dresses and 4 pairs of my husbands SUIT pants - ALL have DRY CLEAN ONLY tags). I then realized it had been washed and not dry cleaned which is why the fabric is ruined. I also believe my husbands suit pants were washed instead of dry cleaned. There is NO excuse for this as all they need to do is read the joker tag inside each garment. I called and asked to speak to a manager to see if they were able to fix this for me. I explained to her that they have always folded this dress because of the fabric and that the fabric was ruined due to it being hung up. She responded with "Did you specifically tell them to fold it?" I was taken back as shouldn't these people who are handling your clothing know how to handle them? The "manager" hesitantly said I could bring it in to have it re-cleaned and I would need to ask them to put a fold sticker on it. Upon further inspection of our other items, there are spots that were looked over and easy to see. Thanks, but no thanks. I will definitely pay more money to go somewhere where I don't have to worry about them washing my dry clean only clothing and ruining it. I am warning you - if you do decide to give them your business, make sure you count everything you take in and count it when you pick up. Nearly every other time I drop things off something isn't scanned. I only started noticing it when I began keeping track of what I was taking in. Not to mention the level of customer service at this place doesn't even make it on a 0-10 scale. While they are the cheapest in the area, is it REALLY worth them possibly ruining or losing the clothing you have worked so hard to pay for? I think not. read more

I love this dry cleaner. I'm really looking for three things in a dry cleaner- inexpensive, fast, convenient. 1) this is the most inexpensive dry cleaner in the area. Why pay more for the same thing? 2) Same day service. I can drop clothes off on the way to work and pick them up after. Although you have to drop off before 9am and request same day service, there isn't an extra charge for it. 3) Convenient. The drive through is very convenient for me. I drive in and an attendant picks up or drops off my clothes. Doesn't get much easier than that. read more

I recommend Dry Clean Super Center because it is dependable and professional. The service is fast and comparable to other cleaners. Everything comes back just as I specifically requested. I love the drive up service - It's very efficient. I just pull up in my car, they come to my window, take my ticket, and in a moment they are back with my clothes and hanging them in the back seat. The only issue I had was resolved in a professional manner. They lost one of my shirts and offered to pay for it or give me credit. A month later they found my shirt and promptly called me so I could get it. I've even used other dry cleaners but always come back. My employer recently enlisted a dry cleaner who does pickup and next day delivery and despite how simple and fast that service is; after trying it out I am back to Dry Clean Super Center. Bottom line: I recommend Dry Clean Super Center because it is dependable and professional. read more

I dropped off a large rug mid October to get cleaned. It had a small spot on one of the corners. I was told by the manager it would take 2 weeks due to them having to send it out to their large facility due to its size. I said no problem and paid them up front. 2 weeks later I called back and spoke with an employee who said the rug hasn't been sent out and they were waiting for other orders to combine it with. Once again, I said I understood and would call back in a week as the employee could not give me an updated time frame. This continued to happen every week until the first week of December, when I called and they said it was ready. When I picked it up, it was rolled up neatly so I assumed it was cleaned properly. When I got home I realized it had an AWFUL smell to it and it looked like it was extremely dirty. Even dirtier than when I brought it in. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I will never give them my business again and my rug is ruined. read more

Had my first "issue" with a double-charged credit card and called and spoke to T.J. prepared for a hassle but he was able to locate the charge (without asking to see a copy of my statement I was prepared to send over) and put in a credit request that I should see in a week. I'm all about second chances and I gave this place 3. I love how it's an expensive but in the end you get what you pay for. Staff has always been helpful over the last year and a half but ultimately when you have to take items back multiple times it doesn't make it worth the money that you're saving. The cost is definitely cheaper than other dry cleaners but you get what you pay for. My husband complained that his clothes smelled bad after being cleaned there. Also, they were not pressing the shirts on the seam line so they didn't look very good. A few times they forgot to give me all the clothes I brought in. It was so much work because I had to start keeping inventory of my husband's clothes. He wears a tie everyday so there were too many to keep track of. I'm sticker shocked at other dry cleaners now because this place is way cheaper but my husband is much happier with his clothes now that we have switched. read more

I took my comforter there to be cleaned and when I got it home I discovered that the seams up both sides and along the bottom were torn apart. When I took it back to them they where surprised they didn't catch it and I was told they would send it out for repair. That was almost 2 months ago. I have been a loyal customer of this dry cleaners for 8 years. It was a dependable, affordable and professional service. Key word being: WAS. I realize they are under new management. But I have had an issue since October, and I still have no resolution here at the end of December. I've been told repeatedly that the owner or HR manager would call me. I've never been contacted. I call every week and speak to a very nice gentleman on staff that claims one of the higher-ups will call me. Never happens. My issue is that the comforter I dropped off for cleaning was washed and dried on such a high temperature that it shrank significantly and is now too small for my bed. The once oversize king comforter might fit a queen size bed now, but I have a king size bed. It was ruined so bad that the tags are no longer legible because they are shredded and frayed from the high heat level. When I called to complain, the staff member asked me to bring it back in and they would send it out to be stretched. That took over 3 weeks and it didn't work. You can't stretch cotton that's been washed and dried on a high heat temperature! Very disappointed and frustrated. read more

New Management effective the last week in June 2019! I dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned - nothing complex. It had been done before time and time again at the other location (Metcalf) but I brought it here since I was in the area). The lady explained new management so they were doing some clean up so it wouldn't be ready during the weekend - so I needed to come back Monday which was fine. I came back then, it wasn't ready. I came back Tuesday, it wasn't ready - I said I will wait. They said it should be done soon and I waited for 40 minutes. Brought it out and it looked like it was never cleaned. Stains all over and they said there were stains that wouldn't come out. I said thank you and left. I went home and washed it by hand and the stains came out. Poor service and no effort was made. They didn't care or put any effort despite new management. I will never return here - you get what you pay for. The Metcalf location has never done such poor work. read more

I brought my duvet cover and down comforter into them for cleaning on Tuesday May 29, 2018. I was promised they would be ready on Saturday. On Monday I went to pick up my items, only the duvet cover was ready, the girl was evasive when I asked her about the comforter. She told me it would be a few more days. So the next week I went to collect my item and well, they hemmed and hawed and said it was still not ready. So I went back the next week. Still no comforter, admitted the tag had fallen off and would I be able to identify it, I was admitted into the back area and there were about 12 comforters hanging without id tags, none of them were mine. So they took my name and phone number and said Jeremy would give me a call. I waited 2 more weeks and showed up again. ( Jeremy never called me.) I was given the same song and dance, I would need to speak to Gary, the owner, about my loss. Luckily I had saved the information sheet from the purchase and was able to verify how much it would cost to replace my down comforter, on sale - about $150.00 dollars. I asked when Gary would be available to talk to, so I showed up when he's in the store, He apologized and said Jeremy would follow up. He (Gary) was going for surgery the next day, Jeremy told me Gary would need to cut me a check and he would send it to me. I went on vacation and expected ( no, not really, since of the run around this place had given me) to find a check in the mail when I got back home. No check. I called again. Spoke with Gary, reviewed my complaint with him, "You poor dear, this has been going on for a long time. ( It is now mid August.) Let me turn you over to Jeremy. Jeremy sort of apologized, said he couldn't remember my "fricking" name and would send the check today. Finally I received a check for $125.00. It cleared and I am totally done with this business.
