Straight out of the bag, his suit smelled like fried food and let the pictures speak for itself. There are wrinkles and wrong creases in multiple spots. I needed to get my two piece Ivy Park suit set dry cleaned as I wore it on a night I drank a little too much and fell many times in it, getting it pretty dirty. I believe I took my item in on the 29th of December? I wasn't in a rush to get my items back, just wanted it clean. So they said it would be ready today, Monday the 3rd of January. It was ready and the woman that helped me while dropping it off and picking it up was so nice! When I picked it up today she took out the items to show them they were cleaned and the put them away for me. All together it was $18.35 for both pieces. Truly have no idea if that is a good price or not but it is clean and I am happy. The spot was a bit hard to find as the address leads you to the back of the building in the parking lot. You can park there and walk around for the front or ring the doorbell for the back entrance! If I ever need to get something dry cleaned again, this will be my spot! But the real kicker is they tagged one of the formal dresses and told me that some of the stains on there would probably not be removed (it was either an oil or sauce stain), I signed off on that disclaimer. When I received the dress back it looked as if they just ironed the dress along with all the stains. It didn't look like they even tried. At this point I succumbed to thinking the dress is already ruined and tried to remedy the stain issues myself. lo and behold, I was able to remove all the stains myself with the aid of Dawn dishwashing liquid and a good hand wash! After a dry and quick iron I realized I could have saved myself a lot of money and frustration. Also noting that their alteration prices are extortionately high! I inquired about the cost of hemming some pants and told the price and quickly negated the thought of bringing it here. Seems that if you are desperate and need something quickly, this is the place to go. Just know there are cheaper options elsewhere.
