After returning home with my jacket, I noticed there was a very pronounced chemical odor emanating from my jacket. It became immediately apparent my jacket had been drenched with dry cleaning fluid, likely P.C.E (Perc). I had to hang the jacket outside because of the noxious odor. It is difficult to conceive this was the result of an honest mistake. P.C.E. is a dangerous carcinogenic neuro-toxin especially in high concentrations. I called the location and complained about this. I was told a manager by the name of 'Dillon' would call me. He never did. My jacket is likely unwearable, and the matter concerning my jacket remains unresolved. Subsequently, I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Most people are unaware you can do this regardless as to whether a business is registered with the BBB or not. After filing a complaint with them, they will contact the business and attempt to resolve the complaint on your behalf. I will never do business with this establishment again. It isn't worth the hassle, and I recommend to everyone who has read this review not to either!

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.

The dryers are the style where you pay $0.25/6 minutes, which can be frustrating to guess how many cycles you'll need. They have the rolling carts to bring your laundry around and, even better, a few parking spots right out front for you to get up close!

I complied and dropped off my order, then returned to find the door closed and mouthed through the window that they were closed for the day. Bad timing for me, or good timing for them? Not sure. A few months back, I was going to write a 1 star review and move on to a new dry cleaners... until I met the manager of this location and the surrounding areas. She was very accommodating to my schedule, and empathetic to me being a student, and acknowledged that I was a long time customer and was put on the VIP list for a discount (No more coupons, awesome!). Now that I've mostly done business with her, my experiences there are very pleasant and courteous. She mitigates any dry cleaning concerns and catches stains I may have overlooked. I wish I could give this place a better review solely on my recent visits, but I can't ignore how things were before. I'll revisit this review sometime in the future if things stay this way!
