Thank goodness I checked the items in store, as I noticed 2 of the 3 pants in my order were missing. I notified the receptionist at the time, and we managed to find one of the pants attached to someone else's name. I was told they would reach back out over the weekend if they found my pants, or at least to give me an update. On Monday (1/6), I still haven't received any updates, so I called in to check. The phone was picked up by the same woman who had received my suits initially. On asking for updates, she took immediate offended tone and said to call back at 1, when the new truck would drop off orders. I explained that my clothes weren't missing because of a delay, but because they may have been given to someone else, and was told "You've tried to ask the same thing 3 times, but in a different order, if you ask again, I will hang up." So in the hopes of getting more context, I began asking her for if she remembers anyone else when I dropped off the order, but before I could get two words out, she actually hung up on me... Overall, service quality is perhaps the worst I've ever seen and the dry cleaning itself (for the pieces I actually received back, anyways) was mediocre at best. I'm saddened as this store used to be run by a nice couple which provided great service, but had recently retired. The store as it currently is being run is not even a shell of its former self and should be avoided at all costs.

I've been a customer for a couple years solely due to the convenience of this place being near the Tops market and my place of residence of the time. After I moved a little further away, I remained a customer primarily out of habit. In the past, I've had some push-back for utilizing coupons, and at one point told to go to Tops to acquire one off the receipt. I complied and dropped off my order, then returned to find the door closed and mouthed through the window that they were closed for the day. Bad timing for me, or good timing for them? Not sure. But that experience always stuck with me. A few months back, I was going to write a 1 star review and move on to a new dry cleaners... until I met the manager of this location and the surrounding areas. She was very accommodating to my schedule, and empathetic to me being a student, and acknowledged that I was a long time customer and was put on the VIP list for a discount (No more coupons, awesome!). Now that I've mostly done business with her, my experiences there are very pleasant and courteous. She mitigates any dry cleaning concerns and catches stains I may have overlooked. I wish I could give this place a better review solely on my recent visits, but I can't ignore how things were before. I'll revisit this review sometime in the future if things stay this way!

She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables.
