You can find some good flavors here such as their Louisiana Amber Ale which is a local pale ale. Pretty smooth and easy to sip. As for food, I've only had their pretzel bites and boneless wings. The pretzel bites are tasty with the beer cheese and spicy mustard dips. The boneless wings are basic chicken bites you can buy at the store. They have a variety of sauces/rubs you can use such as the Korean BBQ, Garlic Parm, and Cajun styles. I haven't tried their pizza yet but that will be in the cards the next time I'm here. Located in Bossier City, it's along the barksdale boulevard with the other restaurants/bars so it's a nice option for some hand crafted brews and pizza should you be in the mood for it. The regulars and local citizens here swear by this spot and for good reason.

You may get some sass from the bartender but it's all in good fun. As for food, whatever cajun bar eat you're looking for, it's here. Boudin stuff, po boys, muffelettas, and the gumbo/red beans & rice/jambalaya are all delicious here. Everything I've tried here is awesome. The loaded mac & cheese is one of my favorites; get it fully loaded with the boudin and crawfish; OMG! Vibes here scream cajun college bar with some sassy fun bartenders and a variety of patrons here. I've seen college students, business folks, blue-collar workers, soccer moms having a ladies night, and teachers unloading through refills of wine and hurricanes. We ordered the game day nachos and a sausage poboy. The app took 10 minutes and the sandwich 14 minutes later. The nachos were tasty ($14) but I didn't care for the Gator Andouille poboy. It was too salty. The bread to meat ratio was way off. ($14) Beers are pricey, but the live music is free. So that's a trade off. We stayed till about 9pm enjoying the music.
